i just left a very long heated review about how awful Mamuelle Nail Spa was and i felt it was only fair to leave a review about how Crystal Nails saved me. to keep it short, i left the bad place in the middle of them redoing my nails and walked across the street to Crystal Nails. No social distancing between chairs, no plastic in water tub. The person who worked on me talked to other staff constantly & didn't pay attention to what they were doing. The first time my nails were crooked and the lady was rough with handling my hands. Today my nails are crooked again. Whatever the clear glue stuff is, burned my fingers and stuck to my finger tips. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I was a walk-in and had never been there before. I was trying to look at colors and make sure they had what I wanted. Before I had a chance to start even glancing at the color charts they rushed me in a chair. I showed my disappointment & confusion in this. They told me to look at the colors there and BAM just like that the dude took my hand and started going to town without my convent. He Didn't give me a chance to ask questions, to make sure we were on the same page. Nothing. Then he insisted I remove my hand from the blue light early after every coat and now my nails are uneven with air bubble on all fingers but 2. And the amount they charged for this abuse is ridiculous. Not worth the time or money. Not a comfortable environment! No customer service skills at all. read more

Well I've been coming here for 2 years since moving here from dallas. My visit was on 6/27/2020 I went in as usual wanting a ped and full set. My ped was ok there was a younger guy I've never seen before I assume he was new which I'm ok with but he didn't understand what I wanted. I was looking to get a nude gel on my toes and make the tips Red. He could not understand this. Then ask me so you want them to be reg? I said yes because I got tired of saying nude gel with red tips. A young lady finished them. I then began to get my full set done and was trying to explain again I wanted a nude gel with red tips and also showed a pic of the shape I wanted the young lady was somewhat irritated as she grabbed my hand and started working the tool she was useing kind of hurt she had the drill up way to high !!!normally doesn't feel as hard as it did this time I guess she was upset rushing ext not sure but she cut the nail wrong and right then I knew I would have to part ways with this nail shop then the guy who wears glasses ( I'm guessing the manager) came over I tried to explain to Him I was wanting a almond shape nail not a stiletto ect he then say to me .... you change your mind so much .... I guess they had already been talking shit prior to which I'm ok with at that time I stated it's ok no problem I would like to pay for the services you have already done and I will leave then the guy(manager) said YeaYea really fast like bye bitch basically which I was ok with as well. Being that I've come to this location the 2 years I had no plans on stop coming as I didn't take the option for me to do business with them as usual in the future off the table even after they where rude but when the guy who sits at the front when you first walk in to the left said "yea yea " I knew then I would not be a returning customer. I hate it but i will not spend my money with a business who treats their customers that way. I wasn't asking to much as I've had the same work done at this same location before just with someone dif it's ok not to understand but it's not okay to be offended and treat your customers like that. Nice establishment overall. Some days the chemical smell is extremely strong. The older lady who does pedicures isn't very consistent. I've been to her 3-4 times now and she never files my big toe nails straight and they aren't ever square as I request. I usually end up re-filing them when I make it home. Her process isn't consistent either. She scrubs one foot fairy good and the other she barely scrubs. She seems to get frustrated when you try to show her how the nails aren't straight. I think she means well but I'm thinking it's because she barely understands. She also puts on the polish very thick and she can't focus on what she's doing because she is so into what everyone else around her is doing. I'll start making appointments for the younger girls who always seem to do a great job. The manager is also very pleasant so I'll definitely return. read more

I've been going on here for a few years now Kevin is the best! Lisa is awesome with pedicures! Very nice & clean most of all.

If I could give 0 stars I would... first, had an appointment and service did not begin until 45 mins after the appointment time. Secondly, I asked if the tools were sanitized after every customer (they're not) and was told they were... not even 2 minutes later, he proceeds to try to use a USED file on my feet. That's when I should've stopped service but no... it gets worse. I left with my foot PEELING after paying for a deluxe pedicure... and a blotchy paint job that I could've done better myself. After trying to give constructive criticism in a very polite way to the owner, he came up with every excuse imaginable for a comeback instead of just listening and apologizing for the horrible service. I highly do NOT recommend getting a pedicure here. Spend your money elsewhere. Very unsanitary read more
