They don't ever have to worry about me coming back here again. I went Friday 5/10/24 for a polish change b/c I was at my sister's house and it was close to her house so I got gel polish per usual that night the polish peeled off of one toe so I went back the next day the guy was very nice and they fixed it. By 5/15/24 all the polish had came off my toes except for 4 of my toes so I called and once again the guy was very pleasant told me to come at 12 and they would fix I went and they lady act like she had an attitude I had to ask her to put the things between my toes while she pilished, I also told her not to put oil on my toes like she did last time (I think that is why my polish peeled off) but what really got me was when she finished I asked her to spray alcohol on my toes she sprayed it and didn't wipe it off she walked off I had to do it myself so that's what made me write this review! The people were nice but it was overpriced. The lady put so many layers of nail polish on my toenails that it wouldn't dry properly. She said my nails were done after I had been sitting there under the dryer for 30 minutes. I went to put my shoes on my feet and immediately felt my toenails stick to the top of my shoe. I left with a pedicure that I wasn't happy with and I won't be back. read more

This was my first time at this location. I enjoyed my pedicure, the staff was friendly and we got free wine. However, my mother and I requested a margarita pedicure. The list of services says it includes a neck, shoulder and arm massage for $2 more. We didn't get the massage and when we asked, the staff told us it only comes with the mani pedi. Wish I would have known ahead of time and I would have requested a different pedicure. A friend and my aunt got the spearmint pedicure and loved it. read more

This nail salon is absolutely the best around!! It is obvious that customer service is their #1 priority! I especially love the fact that the use pedicure bowl covers- in my opinion, it's more sanitary than not having anything in the bowl. Great color selection! While relaxing, they offer beverages. Despite everything, this place does have a very kind & respectful staff. I got a pedicure & the color i chose had gotten old and sticky so they used the next closest color which was perfectly fine with me & it looked great. But instead of taking the sticky polish off of the 3 toes they had already painted it with, they just painted over it with the new color. 4 hours later and my big toe had still not dried properly resulting in the top layer to move around and smudge. One week later and I just have to take it off and redo it because it looks so bad. My cousin who was with me did get gel on her nails which looked great so hopefully my experience was rare. read more

This was my third time here today, and LAST. First time it was great. This time, I got the regular manicure advertised for $30 in their pedicure book. They charged me $33. My toenails were cut crooked and SUPER short. From start to finish the pedicure was done in 28 minutes. I like the nail polish color. The second time I went, the pedicure was super short too. This is a great nail salon. They are taking extra precautions during Covid, are very clean and super nice staff. I love the atmosphere....no loud music or tv blaring...it's super peaceful. I went here with my 11yro daughter to get manicure and pedicure for both of us. The lady said they were busy come back at 11am, which was fine. I came back at 11am and still had to wait 15 minutes only to get a rush job and gel polish that wasn't cured properly and was coming off before we left. I got a full set and she didn't cover my entire nail with acrylic and she was so rough when she was shaping my nails and nicked me several times. The lady then had the audacity to say she didn't charge me for my daughter's poorly done nails, but all she did was roll the cost over to my daughter's pedicure. Tell me what 11yro pedicure cost $40.00 with no design or anything just polish. She was also selective about what customers she offered water or drinks to. You can see the difference in service if you have to much of a tan to your skin. That's the first and last visit to this over priced dirty nail shop. read more
