Great place, good service, & most important they cut just like the shops charging double to 3 times more for a cut. I live in City Heights and I'll drive out here for a cut. Never go here. Guy has no idea how to cut hair and I'm sure he has no barbers license. I was so unhappy with my haircut I had to hop out the chair and give the man the money and leave. I asked the man for a line up. I shoulda known something was wrong when he was lining me up with a comb. He pushed one side of my line up all the way back. I'm not sure I can even show up to work like this. I'm so embarrassed. read more

Very simple. The place is immaculate. I've always gotten what I've asked for. Prices so low I tip 100%.

I had to switch barbers this year and I was lucky to find this spot when I was driving around. All the guys are amazing and I've never gotten a bad haircut here. The shop is very clean with TV's for when you're waiting in line. The only downside is that they only take cash but of you're prepared it's not a big deal. It's always worth the drive to Santee to get a haircut from the guys. read more

Danny, the barber or maybe he's the owner is such a great guy and makes me feel so welcome on my first visit. He did an awesome job as he fixed the bad haircut I had from some barber shop in town. The 2nd time, he remembered me right away and even the shop was already closing at 6 pm, he still accommodated me and did my hair cut. I also left my Rayban sunglasses on top of the counter and he went outside to give me my sunglasses back. This barber shop exceeds my expectations, hence, they're the best! I was very impressed. I went in for the first time today needing a barber. Not only did he do a fantastic job, it was affordable and very good service. I'm currently in a walking boot with crutches and he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, covered it with an extra cape so that he didn't get any hair on the boot (since there's a lot of Velcro) and and was very skilled at his job. Danny and Forever Barber are my go-to shop now for haircuts. I've been now 4-5 times and every time I walk right in and sit down for my cut, or wait a max of 5 minutes. I won't say the time of day since I don't want anyone taking my spot, but Danny does a great job following my instructions and giving me the cut I want at an affordable price. Great barbershop. As I know right now he is the only barber there. But may have some people help on the weekends perhaps? Either way, his fair pricing and excellent haircut was too good to be true. I hate to write a positive review on this because it might result in a longer wait to get my hair cut again, but it is definitely warranted.
