The younger Asian man seems very nice and gave me an OK haircut, however, the first time I went there and they were supposed to charge me half price as part of their GRAND OPENING, but they charged me full price instead. I didn't notice right away. And then I began noticing that they were supposed to give me a military discount, but they had not given me a military discount for several haircuts in a row. When I brought it to their attention, instead of saying, sorry, and giving me one free haircut to make up for all the mistakes, they simply denied the truth. Although they're very convenient for me, I can't deal with a business that doesn't honor their word and is dishonest. 8/15/2024 - I called over there to find prices for a simple haircut or just the price on a clipper hair cut to a zero. Very simple question. The person said we don't give prices on the phone and to come in person. I asked why and I was told we have different prices and I have to look at your hair. I asked what is the price range from low to high on any haircut. Again, we don't give prices on the phone, come in. We won't waste gas or time to see what prices are, this is what phones are for. Very shady the person on the phone. We won't go there due to lack of candor. We will see how long they stay in business. Three (3) stars is the lowest I'm going based on communication. The haircuts may be great or not and prices and would raise it or lower my evaluation. I will never find out with my male friend if they are good at haircuts or not. Going somewhere else right now since they gave a quick price for haircut or a clipper haircut in Santee. Maybe this place charges you for how much hair they cut off and weigh it??? I was interested in this place because it is always dead inside, I see why now. I do recall sending a question for prices maybe a month ago on Yelp and someone replied quickly, which was fantastic, to go to the store.
