my mother and i went on a quest here to find some weather permitting but cute clothing. i mainly shopped for myself, and after looking around i found what i needed! the both of us were here for about fifteen minutes max which is rare considering we often shop for a few hours at the most (if we go to other stores as well). personal anecdotes aside, my shopping escapades went smoothly today. i also saw the CUTEST pastel pink leather jacket, but unfortunately it was only in kid's sizes. why must you do this to me, universe?! anyways, there were also a ton of things on sale today, which i was happy about. last but not least, the service was top tier! the cashier was really friendly (i didn't get his name but he had on an x-men t-shirt) and so was the other one working adjacent to him. i'd definitely love to hit this location up again whenever i have the chance! :) read more

I've lived in the area a while but this was actually my first time visiting this location. The store was very organized, clean, and had good options. The first floor appears to be the typical Forever 21 selection but upstairs there is a men's, children, and plus size section. I bought two dresses and was told I couldn't try them on but could return them within 30 days if the tags were still on and I had the receipt. Luckily the dresses were true to size and I won't need to return them. I'm actually quite surprised with the quality of the dresses, one of them was only $5 and it is thick fabric with a slip underneath. Though I had a positive experience here I can definitely understand the poor reviews regarding customer service. None of the staff members were rude but they weren't exactly friendly either. There were 4 people working on the first floor and not one person greeted any of the customers. It was almost as if they were trying to avoid eye contact while putting items away. At least they pay a lot of attention to cleaning and organizing everything! I'm used to sales associates greeting people upon walking in and giving a run down of the sales or at least saying "let me know if you need any help". Two stories of pure glory. Forever 21 has a new store concept called Forever 21 F21. The location is on the corner of Town & Country center near 20th Street and Camelback Road. The F21 concept offers many of the same options as regular Forever 21 stores but focuses on more hip contemporary looks such as jeans, camisoles and tees at the same prices, but with lots more options in inventory. Downstairs you will find all women's/teen accessories and clothing. Upstairs is more women's, plus sizes, little girls, sportswear, with a small lingerie and men's section. Now for me what I like about the store is there is plenty of casual options. You will not find much for going out partying. However, they do have a nice casual dress section upstairs. I found many basic tops and shorts for everyday where. This is not a discount store it is still the great same prices for cute clothes. It is nice to have a store centrally located that is affordable rather then having to drive all the way to the mall. read more

I will not waste my money on a fat phobic store that doesn't care about its plus size customers. They claim they're "inclusive" but when it really comes down to it you can only shop there if you're a small or medium. Shame on this store and shame on this company. read more

This Forever 21 is located in the crazy, congested Town & Country area, more east by The Container Store. It is worth mentioning that this is a F21 Red, which is marketed as family-friendly discount shopping. This is a large, two-level store that has stuff for men, women, kids and yes, those tweens, teens and hipsters. The store is clean and organized. The upper floor has a decent men's section, and a large plus section. The fitting rooms are clean, but they have no chair or anything. I sat on the yucky floor while trying to put my shoes back on, to avoid falling over. Skinny jeans are hard, man. The sales racks are extensive, and the prices low. I wonder about the quality of some things, based on the super-low costs. Often, you get what you pay for. The style now is strange, but that's nothing against the store. This generation is just weird. It was either 70s or 90s there. I was in a flashback loop. There was a moderate line at the checkout, but it was well organized, and the cashiers seemed efficient. Ours, however, kept pressuring me for a credit card that is likely 25% interest, and had a wicked attitude. Just ring up my stuff girlie. Obviously, I'm not hip enough to buy these things. They are for the 17 year-old next to me. Even if I were cool, YOU, my dear, are not. I would come here again if I were in the area, but it's really not my jam. I'll stay in the old fogey section. PS, if you want the best camo, go to the Army-Navy surplus, for crying out loud! Get that Blondie tee at Goodwill or Buffalo. I like to size up but again the larges are being sold to all size 6 women like me. This is the second time i had a package shipped to this location, and they lost my package and did not make an effort to assist. When I walked in they told me it wasn't there and they couldn't do anything about it, so I need to leave and call customer so they can tell me what to do. I told her to call them and get it worked out because this is now a continuous problem. She refused saying that they are going to ask questions (that she could ask me because I am stand right there) . Because she wouldn't help I walked outside to call customer service and the representative told that the package was shipped there regular mail, so thats why they couldn't find it. She then offered me a refund. This is also an excuse as someone in the store receives the mail and knew that the package was not theirs so it should have been processed upon receipt. I never do these kinds of reviews and I am extremely angry that I had to resort to this as I am not satisfied with the outcome. read more

If I could give this store zero stars I absolutely would. The assistant manager Joseph Cashman was absolutely rude and neglected to hand me my other bag with 4 or 5 items that I had purchased. I spent $160 here at this location and when I needed an explanation he couldn't help me at all. At the end of the phone call he added "sorry about that" with no compassion or understanding of my worries. It's such an inconvenience for me to have to go back to that location to pick up my items that HE forgot to hand off to me. He made me feel like my concerns were unimportant. I asked him multiple times how he could help me and he only said that I had to go pick them up. Mind you I am 30 minutes away from the location, and I am so upset. The way he handled the situation was incredibly unprofessional and I sincerely hope no one ever has an experience like this one. While I am excited that there is a new, lone standing Forever 21 nearby, I have never experienced such consistently rude employees. I haven't been shopping for new clothes in awhile and since Forever 21 is such a great deal, I was ready to buy a several items. While shopping upstairs, there was an extremely huffy worker who very audibly would huff and mumble and even stare as I shopped through the item. I felt like I couldn't touch a thing!! She was following every shopper in the section, and would automatically fix something someone had just browsed at with an audible "are you kidding me?" Granted, I understand the struggles that come along with working in retail having done it myself for a few years. I get that it gets old when the store gets destroyed. But I can guarantee you nothing was thrown or severely out of place. And certainly nothing warranted her obnoxious attitude. After Lady Huffs-A-Lot, I was greeted by a lady who offered me a bag very courteously. She was the one exception to the awfulness I experienced here. In the dressing room, the girl that was helping me could not be bothered to say more than the bare minimum of words. I would say thank you, and nothing. I would say I still have two in here I'm deciding on and she would look at me and walk away. I get not everyone is a Chatty Cathy, but has no one taught these employees common courtesy in customer service? Same issue at the register. The cashier barely looked up. I separated items, jewelry from clothing and then clothing from hangers. I did get a mumbled "thanks" so that's something? Thanks for the reminder of why I prefer to shop online. read more

I was here last night returning items and I had my receipt and the store manager, Mark Hood was being extremely aggressive and rude. I explained that the debit card I used had been cancelled by the bank but my replacement should work since it was the same account. He argued and argued telling me it wouldn't work and I asked him to try anyways and he rolled his eyes and tried. sure enough it worked! I was going to totally shop after my return but was so disgusted with the treatment I had to leave. Such a prick! I more than likely will do my shopping at another location or online. I came to this location yesterday to browse around I ended up finding a couple items off of the clearance rack's two items for myself and two items off of the children's clearance each was marked with 3 Dollar stickers. So I decided to end up picking those items up and as I am getting rung up by cashier Leah She tells me my my total was 50 something dollars I told her that all the items were on clearance and that they each had a three dollar sticker on it and then she proceeded to look at what was wrong and she ended up telling me oh no to these items are not 3 dollars and that they are new items in and she know for a fact with out even going to look . She pretty much told me I couldn't have the price with the stickers marked on the clothing items and that there's nothing that she could do for the mixup because they shouldn't be marked with the three dollar sticker and I clearly told her I found them on the clearance rack that way and I didn't understand why there were three dollar sticker marks on them. I ended up leaving very disappointed because I like those items I found for the price with three dollars on it , I have a hard time as it is finding clothes that I like and if I can find a great deal it's even better but she pretty much told me no I couldn't have the items for three dollars and I could pay full price for them which was very upsetting it wasn't my fault that they marked it down . Just tried to shop at this location and couldn't find anyone to help me receive a shirt that was displayed at high location. After walking around the store a few times I headed to the cash register where one person was working. I already knew he wouldn't be able to step away from the register to help me but hoped that he would know where his coworkers were or would be able to call one of them over. No luck. He didn't know how to do anything that would assistant me in finding an employee. So, again, I walked around the store in search of an employee and still wasn't able to find anyone. I bought a jacket at the Forever at the Quarter and then went to the one at Biltmore because the one at the Quarter didn't have the size that I really wanted. I bought the size I needed at the Biltmore store and then realized I needed to return the one I had just bought at the Quarter but was told I could not do it until tomorrow because their stupid system hasn't registered my purchase at the Quarter yet. Basically because forever 21 has an archaic system I would have to go all the way back to the Quarter to return my jacket or come all the way back to Biltmore tomorrow when the purchase has processed. Neither of these options or locations are convenient for me so this is BS and this company clearly does not have the customer in mind when it comes to where they invest their money. read more

Happy to find the store had opened for business just in time for school shopping. There was a good selection of clothing to choose from. The prices are very reasonable. They carry shoes and many accessories as well. Upstairs, I noticed a small section for plus size, kids, and men. They also have athletic wear. I observed staff walking around and making sure the store was clean and organized which is much appreciated! Make sure security tags are taken off all items before leaving the store, so you don't have to return. The staff was friendly and the location is convenient. read more

Bought a pair of shorts too small, went back the next day to return them and they could not return because a tag fell off. So I went home, found the tag and brought them back and they said oh no, the tag is not attached, we can't return them. Mind you, all the other tags were attached and the shorts were still in perfect condition. All they had to do was attach it back with a little plastic thing that I should have brought back as well if I knew they were gunna act like this. I used to love Forever 21 but after this recent experience I am shopping elsewhere. I purchased a jacket online, called corporate customer service to get a copy of the receipt, was told I could return in store (why they sent me the receipt) and was told there was an extended return period because of the holidays. When I came to this store to do the return I was told I was past the date (incorrect from what their customer service rep said) and that there was absolutely nothing they could do. The manager, Mark Hood, is INCREDIBLY rude and unhelpful. He talked over me the whole time, which any good manager knows only escalates an issue to a louder situation. He was very combative and unhelpful and probably should look for another career. He told me the burden was mine and even though 21 is a huge retailer, they only do store returns as a courtesy. This company needs to get their act together if they want to stay competitive in online sales. It shouldn't be this difficult for a paying (former) repeat customer! read more

I went in to make a return. When it was my turn the young lady helping me told me to press the continue button on the screen. The screen prompted me an acknowledgment. By pressing continue I understand I will receive promotional emails once my email address had been submitted. I pressed cancel because I did not want to receive any emails from forever 21. The young lady asked me if I entered my email and I explained I didn't because I did not want to receive their email. She then tells me in order to make my return I had to put in my email. Then tells me "if you don't want our emails just unsubscribe." I did not argue, entered an email address to be done with the return before becoming more frustrated. I called their corporate office and they informed me that you DO NOT need to enter your email to make a return. Simply hand over your receipt and item you'd like to return. It was poor customer service. I will not be returning to this location or any forever 21 for that matter. Coming from a retail background I would never let my staff treat a customer the way I was treated today. read more
