The lady told me that it was my daughter's fault not the merchandise. I kept cool and said nothing, but thought how unprofessional she is. Items costing $50 each should be made better, quality. The shorts that were in the store had what appeared to be a bleach stain so I ended up exchanging for a lighter color. So Lane Bryant items can be DEFECTIVE.

Yes! The lady at the register was friendly & helpful, conversant. Their merchandise is of good quality, although a bit pricey, most of the clothing I've purchased in the past have lasted well. The employees are always amiable. This one os located in the Lakewood Center mall, near Target, close to the carousel. My only complaint is, they do have plus sizes but limited to plus sized TALL women. Like....Hello Lane Bryant, short/petite XL women are people, too . I would love to see their designers & visionaries come up with designs for clothes for short & stout women to look fabulous.

I went to Miyamo originally, but as I was walking up, I noticed a little "OPEN" sign hanging on the place next door, and the lights were on. I ducked inside, and was greeted with a little *tinkle* and a very warm welcome from Theresa, the owner. I totally admitted that I've never been inside before, and I felt horrible because I frequent Miyamo and Panvimarn at least once a week for one or the other! She laughed and said it's okay, and if I needed anything or wanted to try something on, to let her know. I walked around, just sort of getting a feel for the place because I was on a small time limit and I still needed to hit my original shopping stop! Mossé has a nice layout, that makes finding what you're looking for pretty quick and painless. No need to sort through a stack of overhandled piles of clothes here. So not the mall. Loved the vibe the Theresa had, totally warm and sweet! Such a doll(^_^) The clothes she has are trendy, cute and stylish. From floral boho to a little more hipster. She has a 7 day exchange policy. No refunds, and final sales on dresses, accessories or sales items. I loved everything inside the boutique, and I cannot wait to go back. Everything was fairly priced, and I even picked up a set of silver dainty rings for $10! They're sooo adorable! She also has a few necklace displays, anklets and a few quartz and amethyst druzy necklaces! Fabulous. My bank account is going to hate me for sure. This has gotta be one of the cleanest, brightest thrift store I've ever been to. The energy was so positive in there and I love that the gals who work here are super friendly and helpful. They do have specials and look for the colored tags which indicates the discounts. A couple of older women were exciting with joy when they seen what I was purchasing and honestly, I don't get that type of commotion as much anymore and it felt so organic and fun. Unfortunately, it comes down to poor customer service and policies that seem to be enforced randomly. Yesterday (March 2) I went in to exchange a $20 item my husband bought me as a gift. It was a belly chain, not a necklace, so I simply wanted to swap it for something else. I wasn't asking for a refund. I just wanted to exchange it for another item in the store. I've exchanged items there before without any issue, so I assumed this would be easy. Imagine my surprise when the employee told me I could not even do an exchange without a receipt. The item was in the original Shara bag with the original Shara tag still attached. She said she had no idea how old the item was, even though it had been purchased about two weeks ago. The exact item was still on display in the store, but instead of simply finding it or offering store credit, she just said no. I asked to speak with a manager. She refused and said she had to text someone and wait for a response. When I explained that I shop there regularly and was surprised by how this was being handled, she replied that if I were really a regular customer, I should know the store policies. At that point the interaction had gotten so frustrating that I lost my patience and left the store. I came in expecting a quick exchange and left feeling like I had done something wrong. It only takes one bad experience to lose a loyal customer. I used to shop at Shara because I like supporting small businesses, but customer service matters. Their items are cute, but nothing they sell is unique enough to justify that kind of experience. The tourists will probably keep this place busy, but I won't be returning.
