I call these guys up, drop off the car one night and then the next day it's done and the bill doesn't give me a heart attack. ok, so I don't enjoy the bill, but they seem to be pretty fair with pricing and don't try and over sell you a whole bunch of things you don't need. I have now sent 2 other friends over and they also give positive feedback.

It seems you get a pre wash by hand instead of the usual "pre soak" from the air pressured machines. Two guys go over your car with the air pressured soap dispensers and then five your car a rub/wash with the soap soaked brushes. They go over the windows and the body. Then you go through the actual car wash. Now this is where we realized why you get a pre-wash by hand. The actual car wash is not that long. We probably went through what seemed like half the distance of our regular car washes.

I was taking my car to East Main Auto because they were close and worked on my car. They had no idea what they were doing and since I am a young girl who knows absolutely nothing about cars they kept replacing parts that didn't need to be replaced just because they were expensive. I paid 1500$+ there and they did not fix anything. The final time I went there they charged me 1000$+ and told me that they can't fix my car. Well, since they didn't fix anything that I needed my car broke one day. My transmission wouldn't change gears and was literally a bomb that was just building pressure and heat. I could only go 25 MPH! I heard about beetle bug from one of my friends and called him up and he took my car. The guy was very nice and read all my lights on my dashboard and told me exactly what was wrong. It was a Friday so I couldn't get my car fixed that night because they were closed on weekends. I left it there until Monday and beetle bug fixed it! It was a mass air flow sensor that needed to be replaced. That sensor fixed my turbo too that the other place claimed to be a break booster. Beetle bug also made sure other things were fixed too so I wouldn't have another problem like that. I also had a problem the other day as well. I was driving home from school and not even 5 minutes down the road my check engine light started blinking. I was freaking out but my dad suggested to try driving it at least to my house. I started driving and 10 seconds later the check engine light started blinking again and a burning rotten egg smell started coming from my car. I had to drive to the closest gas station that would take foreign cars and they told me they won't even read my light for another hour and a half. I called beetle bug and he told me to come in and he will do it right away. He told me if it was something major he wouldn't be able to fix it right then. I drove it there and he read my lights and found out it was just a coil pack. He put it as his first priority and fixed it in less than an hour. I cannot put into words how greatful I am for this place and I hope everyone goes to him. This place is my savior

I found Beetle Bug III, specializing in VW with a single but glowing review from Jan L. On the strength of that review I took my car there for diagnosis and repair; I'm very glad I did. Tad listened to my description of the problem, asked some good questions then said that he suspected the plastic water pump impeller had broken. I asked him to check the brakes while he had the car. He called me later to confirm that was the problem. The repair was done and he called when the car was ready. When I picked up the car, he showed me the damaged impeller, he explained my brakes had about 5000 miles left on them and also pointed out that my front tires would need to be replaced soon. He concluded the transaction by stating that their work was guaranteed. Tad and his brother run an excellent shop; I highly recommend them. Tad does it again! The timing belt broke as I was driving to work on Friday morning. I called Tad and explained the problem, he was concerned that one of the systems powered by the belt might have seized to cause the failure and that it might be more than just a problem with the belt. I took my car to him after work on Friday expecting to have to leave it for a few days. When I arrived he came right out to look at the car; he took out the broken belt and checked all the pulleys, none appeared to be seized. He walked away saying he was going to see if he had a replacement belt in stock. He came back a few minutes later with a new belt in hand and some tools and proceeded to install it. A short time later he was done! It was the first time I had had my car repaired while I waited.

Save yourself the disappointing and expensive experience. They are con men. These 2 guys at that garage appear to be in financial trouble and are in to screw every Porsche owner. They, or at least the first owner, have been around for a long time, so many older Porsche owners tend to have gone to that shop for services. They ARE NO AS LONGER KNOWLEDGEABLE AS other alternatives. Save your time and your well-being, do not waste your time and your well earned money with these folks! The absolute worst!

But he sold the business earlier this year to the guy who owns the body shop across the street from him, who owns several body shops in Natick and Newton. The owner who sold the business was able to take all of the customer records with him, so there is NO history of my cars or any customer's cars. It's a good thing I keep all my service orders on file so I have a record of the work done on our vehicles. The sole employee who stayed with the new owners is trying to run the shop by himself. It appears the body shop bought the business so they would have an auto repair shop to send their cars instead of having to farm out the business. I have found a new auto repair place in Framingham and will not be going back to International Auto Works or whatever they're calling it.

I couldn't be happier with the results! They replaced one wheel (a custom rim), painted a quarter panel, and replaced the back bumper. I dropped off the car on Friday morning and it was ready the next Thursday morning (faster than other body shops I have dealt with). In addition, they do a FREE interior/exterior detailing with all body work, so my car looks brand new. They also let me drop off my rental car there, so the whole process was very easy. I would absolutely go back here again if I ever need body work again!

To my surprise, all three gentlemen, Big Bob, Julio and Little Bob all showed up in court. Bob Cucurull refused to sit with a mediator early on in an effort to come to some sort of compromise. So it went to trial early in the afternoon. Needless to say, I won. The standard for a professional and workmanlike service does NOT include bubbles, scratches and holes. Why they preferred to sit in court for five hours instead of fixing their mistakes was beyond me. In Little Bob's defense, I'm sure he was told to be there by the other two. Now I'll wait to see if they honor the court's judgment or if I'll have the sue them to pay on that as well.
