I pulled up and the outside of their shop there are signs that look like signs you would find at a Jiffy Lube that tell you which bay is what. I pulled up in front of the bay and waited for someone to greet me, which no one did. I had to wave a guy down and when I asked if I should pull into the bay, he started talking down to me as if I'm some sort of idiot, "You never pull into a working bay!" Some guy with brown hair and a beard. Well maybe if your shop didn't have that Jiffy Lube set up when you pull off of the main road going west, you wouldn't have this kind of issue! Maybe a sign that says PARK FOR SERVICE? Shouldn't the employees know what bay is which? Also I would rather not give my service to these people since the first thing I see when I pull up is a Blue Lives Matter sticker. Already knew the kind of people I was dealing with when I saw it, should have ran instead of being berated by someone who won't amount to anything else in life. Live and learn and avoid!

I probably would never have seen that on my own without looking for it. Billy took a look and said that the car wasn't going to pass the safety portion in it's current state. Slightly disheartening. But - and this matters - he said rather than failing me, he would order me a new tire, install it, and get me through the inspection portion. The tire came today, and I can tell you - I've NEVER seen anyone mount and balance a tire so efficiently. Literally under 10 minutes work, and he had it back on my Volvo. He also brought me into the shop to show me I had a slight bend in my rim - something that can be fixed and while probably not contributing to my wear issue, would make my ride more comfortable. Now obviously, with an alignment issue, just slapping on a new tire wouldn't fix the underlying problem, so he took the time to call another shop nearby, and set me up with another professional he knew and trusted. I can't tell you enough, how much this means to me as a consumer. Based on Billy's character alone, I know I can trust his recommendation - probably more so than any research I could do on my own. I'm very happy I took my car here for inspection - it's a location close to my office, and I was able to do everything on my lunch break. I left the car from noon to 5 PM and was charged $420 for a repair I now believe was unnecessary. When I picked up the car, I found over 40 extra miles on the odometer and the engine had run for more than 3.5 hours--completely unreasonable for an inspection or exhaust work. It appears the car was used without my permission. No clear explanation, no transparency--just a feeling of being scammed. I do not recommend this shop.
