I have 2 old cars and every now and again they need work done. I call these guys up, drop off the car one night and then the next day it's done and the bill doesn't give me a heart attack. ok, so I don't enjoy the bill, but they seem to be pretty fair with pricing and don't try and over sell you a whole bunch of things you don't need. I have now sent 2 other friends over and they also give positive feedback.

I've taken cars to him after going to the dealer for warranty work & hearing I needed non-warranty big bucks work done. Sometimes we've needed the work, sometimes not. But whenever it's been needed, it's been done well and for far less money than the dealer quoted. I send everyone here, can't it recommend highly enough.

Jake and Tommy, are absolutely great--professional, knowledgeable, and personable (not to mention easy on the eyes ladies)! The staff always takes the time to explain everything clearly with honesty and results always exceed my expectations. If you're looking for an auto body shop that truly cares about its customers and takes pride in their work, this is the place. Highly recommend supporting this local, family-run business! Absolutely not. Never again. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I will never be back. If…read moreyou have a new car with few to no problems, this is a good place for overpriced work. Anything else is a waste of time. I went in recently- Well, I tried to, at first. There are plenty of doors to this place, all of which are locked. One of the bays is open from time to time, but all of the traditional doors are locked tight and nobody is ever there. After trying the conventional doors, I finally waded into the garage and called out several times before the lone mechanic emerged from the far side of the most distant bay. I tried to explain my problem and interest in having him look at my car, but he seemed totally uninterested. I'm not sure if it was my heels, my short skirt or just the fact I was female, but he was incredibly condescending. As the daughter and granddaughter of a mechanic, with years of experience working on my own cars before moving to Boston, he was incredibly flippant, unprofessional and sexist. Not only did he refuse to look at my car, he was incredibly leery and unprofessional. This is a hobby garage and nothing more. This is a terrible garage. I would never recommend it to anyone.

if i had a kid in boston, i would INSIST that harry was the only mechanic working on their car…read more why? because he treats it like every car that comes in his daughter's car and goes above and beyond to make sure it's safe. it doesn't matter what you come in for - he's going to check your tires, top off your fluids, put the car on the lift and inspect the brake lines, hook up the compressor and blow all the leaves out from under your hood, etc. now i'm fairly capable when it comes to car stuff so i don't go to harry because i need babying. i go to him primarily because he does quality work at a fair price, but also because i'm interested in car maintenance and harry not only tolerates, but encourages my "what's that do? why'd you do it like that? what happens if we did this? why can't we do it that way instead? what was that thingy called again? can i try?". now i personally like going and hanging out, but if you want a quick in-and-out then harry's not your guy and you should probably hit up some corporate chain that won't bother you with things like asking about your family, and remembering your name. wouldn't wanna waste time that you could otherwise spend staring at a backlit screen.

My…read morefamily has been going to them for over 30 years and I hadn't had any bad experiences except for maybe them interrupting me too much, but when I mention that my roommate had given me some advice about a car, one of the owners immediately asked me if they were a man or woman, as if that changed with her their opinion was valid or not. He then lied to the other owner who started it gaslighting me and literally hung up the phone. I am furious and I will never be going back. Don't go here if you are a woman, and if you have any standards, don't go at all.

AAA sent a technician, Angel from 3B auto to tow my car from a flat tire…read more Before towing my car, he took a further look and asked what happened. He first checked the spare tire and bounced it off the ground said it was completely fine and usable said he can replace it for me. Then he removed the deflated tire, filled it with air to diagnose where the air was leaking, realize it was from the rims, he used a hammer to quickly fix it back in place. Instead of towing my car immediately, he further diagnosed the issue and fixed it on the spot. Saved me the hassle of even using the spare tire, bringing it to another tire shop to get it fixed.
