THE CLEAN ONE, is supposed to be in MY car. I'm confused and disheartened that a 15/20min job took all day to be seen, with an incorrect part used and overall was rushed with lack of communication? Sure money is money but make sure to LOVE your job before committing to it. I walked in without an appointment, they took my car immediately, and within 10 minutes, they had it up on a lift and had me come in so they could point out the repairs that needed to be made. The customer service was good and I appreciated a window into the garage so I could see everything being done. I was referred to Lou's by my trusted local gas station and the advice was good; Lou's didn't disappoint. I would definitely return and I was very satisfied with the work, which comes with a 2 year warranty. They also have WiFi if you're waiting in the lobby.
