I received a message and texts asking me to reschedule for next Tuesday or Thursday which I did. Today, I drove again from Westerville about 45 minutes to find out Anna is not at the salon, no manager on the job, no phone number to contact a manager and was told someone else could do the hair cut, but not the highlights. That person changed her mind, I was told to wait because some texts about availability went out, but that was a "lie", too. This situation is unacceptable and unprofessional! I had to drive twice from Westerville about 45 minutes each way for an appointment that was cancelled or never scheduled! This is unbelievable! I couldn't make this up...later, they had the audacity to text about my next appointment. I don't support unprofessional businesses that I cannot rely on. Also, I don't recommend this place because they luck of professional etiquette.

I had a friend in town and we decided to get pedicures together. After a quick browse on Yelp, I came across Thyme in Grandview. They are fairly new, only opened about a year and half ago, and you can find them in the new development right off of 670 on Dublin Rd. I gave them a call and they were able to fit us both in a few hours later... mind you this was a Friday morning. When we got there we were totally taken back by how big and gorgeous the salon is. Everything is pristine! From the chandeliers and the blue lighting on the ceiling to the massage chairs and nail display, they couldn't have done a better job. We both got just your basic pedicure, but with gel. It came out to about $70 for each of us, not too bad. I love how big their color selection is, way more than what was available at my previous spot. The staff was also very accommodating and did a lovely job. I have no doubt I'll be back!
