Afraid your fingers will get all greasy but deep down you know that's exactly what you want? This is the place. Add some fries, which are great, or some tots, and maybe some chili if you are feeling frisky and you will absolutely feel satisfied with just a hint of regret after it's all said and done. And let's just be honest, isn't that exactly what we want sometimes. Great job, Sky Rocket Burger! You get me.

We sampled the ramen, hot Cheeto covered burrito and the birria quesadilla. All three items were delicious, fresh and not like anything we had before. I had higher expectations due to what I had seen online but Lucky's did not meet them. Although the…read moresauces were flavorful and the portions were generous, some things could have been done better. The sandwich was good but was dry and had no sauce on it so we had to dip it on the side. To remedy this I'd recommend getting sauced tenders for the sandwich. On the other hand the tender plate I got in the hot honey version and it was just ridiculously covered and drenched in that sauce. Which made them lose any texture from the breading. To fix this I'd recommend people order tenders as dry rub. The sides were okay. The fries were seasoned well but there was a bunch of oil at the bottom for some reason. The onion rings were very basic and unseasoned. Overall nothing here was bad by any means but I personally will not be back when there are many other chicken spot in the city to check out as well.

Herby's Burgers in Oak Cliff is a freaking blast from the past…read more The vibe alone is worth the trip -- super quaint, retro, and feels like you stepped straight back into the '80s. Then the food comes out and it somehow gets even better. We tried the OG Smash, Chopped Cheese, and the Special Cowboy Burger and every single one was so freaking good. Seriously, Herby's has to be in the conversation for a Top 5 burger in Dallas. If you're anywhere in the Metroplex, this place is absolutely worth the drive down to Oak Cliff. They've also got a solid selection of beers, so come hungry and thirsty. Old-school burger joint, great food, great atmosphere, and just an all-around awesome spot. Highly recommend Herby's.

The decor was vintage, and I loved the jams they had that evening: 90s-2000s hip hop. The staff was super friendly and informative about their menu, which is simple but delivers in quality! I ordered their OG smash with jalapeños. Loved the seasoning on the meat, and it was decently sized. I was craving a burger, and Herby's hit the spot. Condiments are sold separately, and they do offer a table for you to dress up your order as you like. The beverages are cold, so I sipped on my red wine and just enjoyed the chillness. The wait wasn't too long, and as I waited to dine in, the evening rush was showing up for to-go orders. I highly recommend dining in if you have the time!

They are 1 minute from Edison's. You can park at Edison's and walk here or park here in their free lot. Ordering is done at the counter. You pay when you order. Our meal was brought out to us. My wife and I shared a two meat plate with two sides as follows: - Pork Ribs (3 bones) - Jalapeño Cheddar Cheese Sausage (1 link sliced) - Baked Beans - Mac and Cheese - 2 Fresh Wheat Dinner Rolls The service was friendly and the food was very good. The ribs were truly fall-off-the-bone, tender, smoky and tasty. The sausage had a bit of a kick and was also tasty. The baked beans were thick and hearty and very good. The Mac n Cheese was cheesy and decent. The dinner rolls were fresh and soft and I used mine to make a sausage sandwich :) The pitmaster and owner, Dwight Harvey was there and was making the rounds of each table, checking with the patrons to see how their meals were. I got to meet Dwight and get a photo with him. Super nice guy. I look forward to the next time we get to eat at Off the Bone Barbecue and I will be trying their Brisket and Turkey.
