I needed to replace my roof due to the fact that the roof was old and we continued to have leaks. I contacted a few Roofing companies and decided to go with Ford Roofing. My experience during the selling process was pleasant and I found TJ to be responsive and he certainly knows roofing. However, once we decided we wanted to go forward with Ford Roofing, we continuously run into scheduling issues. Tom would inform us that due to rain and other situations, our installation will have to be delayed. This went on for a few months and once we started seeing more sunny days he informed me that our place in line will be another 3 months out! Despite having other alternatives, we stayed with Tom since we felt that we had made a commitment already. During the rainy months, Tom indicated that he would come and put some tarp on the house so to at least prevent the rain from coming in and causing issues. He eventually came but said that he is not able to do so citing that the roof was too wet and slippery! After delays upon delays, we run into our vacation which I had communicated to Tom months in advance. We decided to wait until we return and set a date for when Tom and his crew can start when we are back from vacation. Once we returned from vacation, I contacted Tom to confirm our plan and he sent me a text saying that he is no longer interested in doing our roof! I was stunt! We have been dragged along for almost 9 months just to be told that he is not going to come true on his commitment. This is not the right way to do business! read more

I unfortunately had to replace my entire roof shortly after buying my home from an investment company who did not correctly repair the roof as we agreed to in the contract. I had 7 different roofing companies come out for estimates. I was lucky when I discovered Ford Roofing while they were completing a project on a house in my neighborhood. Ford was not the lowest bid I received but they were very reasonably priced and used quality materials. I ultimately went with Ford roofing because they were professional, upfront about the costs/repairs needed and are a family- owned business. Due to the constant downpour in February and March we weren't able to get on the schedule immediately. However, Ford came out to cover the leaky roof with tarps to prevent further damage until they could complete the work. The project took a total of three business days to complete and they did an excellent job. Ford even took photos and documented the incorrect repairs for me to use when I go after the seller for compensation. They were courteous, professional, always were in communication with me and cleaned up everything really well. We were extremely pleased with the entire team. Haven't used my fireplace since Ford roofing replaced my roof. Was cleaning it when I looked up the flue as I usually do. Nice job of cramming the stack back on Glad I checked first as it partially blocked the flue. Ford's did my roof about ten years ago and it still looks good. Family business. I got the 50 year Elk roofing with turbine vents added. They were very quick. did excelent work and they cleaned up and did no damabe to my surrounding landscape. I don't remember who recommended them to me but i'm glad I used them.
