The electric wire going into the house was hanging very low and we realized the attachment on the house (for lack of a better explanation) was hanging off the house. Alicia asked us to send photos and I did with a comment" didn't realize how bad it was". Her response was "I've seen worse" so right off the bat she made me feel better. She asked if we wanted her to send someone to give us a quote, but we didn't want to waste time on that so said no. She quoted us how much it would be per hour (+ materials) and we were very happy with the final price (we felt very reasonable). The 2 electricians were here at 8:30 on a day when it was below 20 degrees!! They did a great job and were in/out in a little over an hour. I had to do a sad diy patch up job (I'm a social worker I know nothing about patching up a wall!) they should have own up to it and fixed it. There was no time to call them back since the dishwasher was being installed today. The story of how long it would take changed.... It ended up being a 20 min job instead of 3 hours originally quoted. The price was steep about 300 more than what I researched online. It was our decision to proceed with the quoted price. My dishwasher is installed so I'm not sorry. It just left a nasty taste in my mouth; knowing if you don't watch people like a hawk they'll leave stuff like square holes in your walls! They never admitted it and just left it. I would raise hell if it wasn't for the fact we plan to renovate the whole kitchen in a few years... and my sad diy is good enough since nobody will ever see it since it's on the side of the dishwasher.

Reached out them thru their website and got a reply from Mike (the owner) within few minutes. They collect initial information such as electric panel, location of installation and pathway from main box to the location. Mike stopped by few days later to survey the property and provided me an exact quote via online. The quote site provides option to pre-qualify for financing which was a convenient option. Once I accepted the quote, got an installation appointment date 2 weeks away. On appointment day, Gladiator team arrived right on time. They did an amazing job of pulling the cable through my basement ceiling without cutting or poking anything. They used good quality material to run the cable through the trench to the charging dock. They installed the charger and ensured my Tesla was charging properly post installation. It took them about 6 hours to complete the job and they were dedicated to it through out the time. John, Jessie, Marcus were amazing. Gladiator pulled the permit and scheduled inspection with the town. I received notification emails for each of the appointments and reminders as well. Once inspection was done, I got all the documents from them to submit to PSE&G for rebate program. Overall I had an amazing experience working with Mike and Gladiator team. At the same time, we wanted to install new recessed lights in several rooms, a new chandelier, had a doorbell that existed in theory but did not actually ring anything, and old thermostats that needed to be replaced. We then had a number of other repairs we realized we needed, and new outlets and lights to install. The project lasted on/off for three months. Mike Dininno Electric was there from the start, and Mike helped us take care of it all. The results, now complete, are excellent. Mike was easy to work with. He's a pleasant guy to chat with and good at explaining the work being done. He was patient in the face of many questions, and we felt we could ask him anything. Beyond just electric, he also gave advice on things like the placement and quantity of lights. He was flexible on the wording of his contract, and flexible in his scheduling, offering to come out on almost any time, any day--whatever made sense at the time. He was always easy to get a hold of. Though Mike did some of the work himself, he has a staff. Pete, who ran the majority of our project, was also easy to get a hold of, did great work, was easy to work with, chat with, and to have around the house. I gave Pete and Mike what I felt were a lot of details, and I can't think of any they missed. You'd expect a house in the midst of this sort of work to be a mess, but they kept it surprisingly clean. Mike also referred us to good people. After the bulk of the electric work, we needed to re-plaster and paint a lot of the house, and his painter friend, Toni, and his staff, did exquisite work. He advised me that he needed to install emergency disconnect which he didn't tell me and he wanted additional $400. He told me its the code requirement. I agreed. He replaced the electrical panel and installed the emergency disconnect. He gave the Certificate of Insurance for Mr. Ray Mechanical LLC. However, I found out the electric permit was issued to a different company. He work failed inspection because the emergency disconnect was not needed. He misunderstood the code. The town's inspector had to write down the code for him. Then, he had to add main breaker to the panel. I refused to pay the $400 which was for the unnecessary emergency disconnect. I had to spend two more half days to facilitate the revision of the panel work and coordinate town's re-inspection. Ramon, the owner of Mr. Ray Mechanical insists he has electrical license. He does not. Anyone wants to hire him to do electrical or any home improvement project should ask him to show his license.

The second time we woke up to find our heat wasn't working and our thermostat said it was a wiring issue. When I called our heating service they said they couldn't get someone out until the next day but it's February and we have a three month old so that wasn't acceptable. I sent an email to charged up to see if they could take a look since the error message said it was a wire not getting power and they came out within an hour. Turns out it was just a switch that needed to be flipped, They solved the problem within 10 minutes and never charged us for the visit. We were so happy to get heat back right away! I will absolutely keep using them in the future
