If you never had a massage, you don't know what you're missing. Footloose is a professional massage center that has been around for years now and has only improved. The staff are all professional and very courteous. The lobby has a small but comfortable waiting area where your masseuse will meet you. Then you are taken through a network of soft ambient lighting, potted plants and relaxing music towards your room. You are asked about any special needs you may have and offered various essential oils if you want. The massage is very methodical and so relaxing you could fall asleep. At the end of your session your masseuse will meet with you offering water before you leave. The entire process from start to finish is well choreographed and thought out. The rooms are cozy, quiet and warm with mellow lighting and pleasant music. The massage itself is what you want from many different techniques, my favorite being the Swedish Massage. I have been here before and I will be back. read more

This was the absolute biggest waste of money. The "massager " was not educated at all.. a five year old could've done better. I went in before my foot surgery thinking it would relax and loosen up my feet. I called not long after and she said I could try it again. Why would I go back after my horrible experience? I asked for a refund and they refused. Do not waste your time or money. read more

This place has really gone down hill. I would've rated them a 5-star establishment in the past, but I wouldn't give them a full star at this point. They never answer their phone which is off putting. In the last year or so, I have called multiple times on multiple occasions and have yet to receive a call back. Horrible customer service. read more

We started with Footloose many moons ago and always seem to come back. This time around, both my partner and I absolutely love massages with Chenetta. She is amazing, and we always leave blissed out. Thanks for being such a great community asset! read more

I had a 90 minute massage here while visiting from out of town. Highly recommend! Thank you so much for relieving my neck and back pain.

My Mom came to visit me and we decided to get massages. I booked us an appointment about a week ahead of time and the whole process was very easy. We arrived about 20 minutes early. We were given paperwork by the friendly receptionist and were shortly greeted by Heidi and Eric. The atmosphere was nice and moody and smelled great. I've been dealing with some bad back pain and let me tell you, Eric was pure magic! I'm able to bend and twist today and it's relieving knowing he can help me again soon. 10/10 will return. My mom said Heidi was incredible and she wishes she lived here in Eugene because she would definitely return. Thanks for the great experience! read more

Very professional. Atmosphere is wonderful. My husband and I got a couples massage with Jesse and Eileen. They were very professional and took the time to talk to is and make sure we were as comfortable as possible. Feeling like a new woman over here. Lol. The massage was affordable and definitely worth the 135$. I will definitely go back again. read more

Went to footloose tonight for a friend's birthday foot massage celebration. It was absolutely wonderful. The mood was set for total comfort. The large comfy couch you absolutely sink into. The lovely women who greeted us with an immediate offer of tea, followed by an adorable chocolate foot. The environment is soothing and relaxing. The masseuse started off by asking what scent we would prefer, then proceeded to to use the essential oil in the entire massage process. It was wonderful and luxurious. They did one foot a a time, taking time to make sure our feet were massaged into oblivion. We were also able to have lively conversation. I highly recommend footloose for relaxation. It is absolutely wonderful! read more

When the massage is so good you wanna cry tears of joy !!! Aranda did an incredible job. She worked my muscles over so well I actually feel a HUGE difference ! I reserved my next appointment with her !!! She gave me a couple exercises to do at home with my tight spots. read more

-Not all the staff professional with massage! -Expensive for that kind of place and service. * If I have to I would say Mikaela is great, I've seen three and Mikaela is good. read more

Very professional masseuses! And they validate an hour's worth of parking in the parking garage right next door (which goes on top of the free hour the city is currently providing, so a 90min massage can be had without angst of parking fees.) Last time I was in, with ten minutes left in an enjoyable session my idiot brain decided it all a sudden would interpret all thoughts in a humorous context. I was feeling great, I guess. There isn't much that contrasts the setting of a massage more than an adult repeatedly stifling laughter while a masseuse is doing their best to maintain an environment of focus. The masseuse, Sati, didn't bat an eye. Super composed individual. Now that I think back on it, I wonder if she thought I might be some kind of sex-pervert or deviant (because who laughs during a massage?!) Which is making me laugh all over again. read more

Footloose is an amazing place to go for a terrific massage. I've been going there for about 6 months and I am always pleased. The check in staff is great and always professional. The atmosphere is very laid back and relaxing. Like everyone else I have preferences with who I am scheduled with. No matter who I have seen I have always had an excellent experience and very professional massage. read more

I love getting my massages here. I went with my hubby for a couples massage the first two times, and have gone alone twice. Three times with Eileen and then tonight with Carrie(?) Each time is amazing. I called today to see if I could get an appt after 7 because I had a stiff neck that was causing a severe headache. They got me in and I feel so much better! I love the essential oils, the heat pads and relaxing music. I'm glad I found this place read more

I have been getting massages here on a regular basis for the past year - anywhere from every two weeks to monthly. They have a lot of massage therapists on staff and scheduling an appointment is pretty easy. I really like that they bill insurance. It truly is a relaxing experience, even when you come in with some pain! I love the essential oils and the heat packs. Receptionists and staff are nice, calm and accommodating. I have had massages from Janelle and Anthony. Both are great at trigger point and deep tissue. My daughter is an athlete and has received massages from Mandy Lynn, Brighe, Janelle and myofascial release from Anne Marie, which she really liked. It is my understanding that Anne Marie, one of the massage therapists recently bought the business from Bobbi Hyland. It is always a good experience and in my book, a great investment! read more

I went and saw Mandy yesterday. She was so sweet and really helped me relax! She asked me about the lotions and oil scents I like and which areas I hold stress in. She was sincere, which I appreciate. I will be returning to see her. When I first walked in, I thought it was a pretty small area. There's not much room for seating and the couple behind me were helped before me (this is the reason for 4 stars and not 5). I'm not sure how the receptionist missed me, but at least my massage was spectacular! Easy to find. Easy parking and free on the weekends! read more

I've been going to Footloose for about 8 months now, and I have absolutely no complaints. Their service has always been great, everyone is nice, respectful, and I've never received a bad massage (in fact every massage has been very good, I come in with sore muscles and stress and I leave with muscles that are relaxed and free of pain, and it puts me in a better mood.) read more

Very reasonably priced for a very good massage. Everyone there was very welcoming.

I just had the most amazing massage from Whitney.... I feel like jello and my chronic back pain feels relieved! She did magic on my lower back issues and I highly recommend her! I have had many massages in the past but this is one of the best I've ever had! Thanks Whitney! read more

If you need or want a massage in Eugene, OR this is truly the only place you need to call! It's a piece of paradise inside Downtown Eugene. Upon entering you are whisked into another world, I love it!! From the elevated couches, gazebo, tea and chocolates for those wanting a foot massage or the chance to catch up on a friend date, date night or mom/daughter duo, it's the best place to relax. I love nestling on the snuggly couches and letting my stress drain away. My favorite service has to be the 90 minute full body! If you have any aches or pains, they will be no more in that hour and a half, it's my monthly maintenance for healthy living and my favorite masseuse is Matt Dillender, he's perfect at targeting areas that need extra attention or maintaining what is working well. I have been working with Matt for over 7 years. They have a wide range of therapists that can meet any requirement you have. From a logistical angle, the easy (validated!) parking, ability to schedule massages at different times during the day (I'm a teacher and nobody has appt slots that work, but they do!!) and the ability to bill my insurance makes the whole process fabulous! Thanks Footloose Massage, it's always an aaaaaahmazing experience!! read more

What a gem within the city I was able to get scheduled same day and Juliette was incredible. She paid close attention to my muscles and worked diligently to make sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. I walked away thrilled that I have found a place that will meet my needs! read more

I've been going to footloose for 4 years now. MarryAnne the owner is a great massage therapist. She helped me 2 years ago with an old skateboarding injury that that bothered me for 14 years. I'm a lot more able bodied ever since. I've had massages from Eric and Janelle there too. It's really a good atmosphere there with caring and attentive staff and I recommend it. read more

Footloose has become our favorite place for intentional relaxing time. Heidi is the sweetest and recognizes my voice and checks in with me while I'm making an appointment which is just such a nice way to start the process. I've been lucky to have Logan every time I've gone in recently and he's my favorite. Although we went in originally for deep tissue, my neck has been such a pain for a couple months now. Between office work and having a mobile phone, I try to stretch regularly and do yoga but nothing seems to get those deep kinks. Logan starts every session checking in with me too, making sure I feel comfortable (I've had sessions with other male therapists [not at this location] that have really made me wary of being worked on by men, coupled with my natural anxious self this is quite a feat!) and like our work is going to be personal, rather than just another body that he has to see today. He reminds me to relax in caring, nonjudgmental ways and really listens/feels my muscles to find those problem areas I probably don't articulate well (neck and shoulders is pretty general, he made me realize that it's really my chest too). I told him my goal was to be able to tilt my head back when I'm gargling mouthwash without wincing and I can say today after TWO sessions that it has been accomplished!! Seriously the kind of experience that makes us keep coming back, even when there isn't a deal! As a frugal person, this is probably my highest compliment. You can tell they're intentional about their staff because I've never met anyone there that wasn't kind and had a calming demeanor, even when they can wreck your sore spots with heavy pressure. Thank you to everyone there, and always looking forward to the next time we get to go back! read more

The massage was okay, she did a good job but I've had better massages. Froze the whole time. It is very difficult to relax when you're tensed up and shivering at times. Said they are not offering blankets at this time due to Covid and all of the additional laundry it would create so just a heads up: Blankets are not laundered in between client use. read more

Been here twice now great experience both times. I'm a barber and came into work with some real lower back trouble. Called here and got an appointment same day. Went down and she worked on my back and now I'm able to get back to work like it never hurt. New meaning to the words "magic hands". Thank you! read more

First time going there Jason did an AWESOME job my back and legs feel 100% better will definitely be going back there again. Great place and service read more

Very impressed with this place! The staff are all very friendly. It is also a very clean establishment. My massage therapist was Ann Marie. She was very knowledgable. During my massage she informed me of everything she was doing and the impact it had on my body. She also did some reflexology on my foot. I learned a lot from this. I will definitely be back. read more

Always professional...all aspects of treatment & billing are explained clearly. Never have trouble getting an appointment time...the associates are always very accommodating for my hectic schedule. I always leave feeling relaxed and on the mend, and can't wait to get back for my next appointment. The rooms are all very comfy and clean. I'm now considering dropping my local membership with another establishment to keep a standing monthly appt at Footloose. read more

I found it to be very nice and welcoming. Staff was very friendly. I will agree that there should be more space between the front counter and the massage area. But over all loved and would go back read more

I called and made an appointment on my only day off in two weeks for a chair massage. It was a hot 90 degree day and the appointment was for 4 o'clock. When I went into the building it felt hotter inside than it did outside. I asked about the air conditioning and they said it was broke. I then asked if it was going to fixed anytime soon and they said no. Needless to say I wasn't interested in getting a massage in a sauna, since massages are typically supposed to be relaxing. Since they felt this was my issue and not theirs they still charged me $17.50 to cancel. This was my first experience with Footloose and will definitely be my last. I was nice and curteus the whole transaction and they didn't even offer me a gift certificate for when the weather might be better. read more

I was there today for a massage.... I thought the person who gave me my "full body" massage lacked technique and my little sister does a better job at finding and working the spots.... I will never pay $45 plus tip for a 45 minute massage there again... Left frustrated and had to drive home self massaging my neck which seemed tighter when I exited the building. I have had a good massage before and seriously question who would certify this person let alone hire her to massage people. The place was nicely decorated and clean, and friendly enough staff at the front desk, I give it that much read more

After a lot of research my husband and I chose Footloose based on all the great reviews. We were not disappointed. We had a couples massage today for a celebration. We had Eileen and Lisa. I have never submitted a review on a business but knew I would have to for this experience! The atmosphere was wonderful. The room was perfect. All the staff, including the receptionist, does an amazing job keeping voices very quiet and comforting. The massages were WONDERFUL and we loved the optional scented oils. My husband suffers from chronic pain and Lisa worked wonders for him. We will definitely be returning! read more

Eileen does amazing work. I had my first massage with her today and I will definitely be back.

The receptionist was excellent. I called same day for a 90 minute massage. She asked all the right questions and answered mine. What type of massage I like, preference male or female therapist, described relaxation, therapeutic and the more intense sport massage options. I was all set... Filled out a two page health form that had pictures to shade in the trouble spots. Also it was obvious that Brighde took the time to read what I wrote. Private rooms, dim, relaxing lighting, faux fireplace flickering, choices of fragrance. Brighde spoke with me for at least 10 minutes to get an idea of what I wanted. Then she got started. Heated massage table! Excellent pressure, communication and results. I mentioned my feet for some reason always get cold, she had a heated pad over my feet. The part of my massage that she did through heated pads on my back was really great! No being chintzy on time either. My appointment started at 1:30 and ended at 3:20! Honestly the Footloose name through me off at first however there menu is well rounded for all massage needs. I intend to make regular appointments and look forward to trying out other services. Brighde also gave me a coupon for a return visit. The receptionist remembered to remind me about the parking vouchers because my mind was swimming in relaxation on the way out.... Fabulous experience! read more

I went for the 45 min special, I started at 7:11 and asked when I was done that was 45 in the end it was actually 38 minutes I wasn't happy not receiving the proper amount of time . Not williams g to negotiate because my mood was already off. Thanks anyway read more
