I wanted to check out this business based on other Yelp reviews. It's a small, nondescript building. It's clean and safe. They take walk-ins. In my head I thought I was getting Reflexology, but the sign with prices does say Foot Massage. There is a language issue, just make sure and point to what you are asking for- like 3 times, so you know what you'll pay. Then I just had to go with it- wasn't sure what would happen. They took us back right away! And after the 30 minutes they seem to offer more- like a massage for dessert? They are very friendly, smile, proper, and strong! This was a vigorous foot service. Our feet were placed in a warm water bath. Then I didn't know where she went- so quiet- then she was at the head of the reclined surface. Maybe she was praying before she began?She started with a temple massage, then neck and upper back. We were fully clothed. Then a towel across my eyes and onto the feet and calves, which all felt good. I'm not sure if I thought it was relaxing. It was good for my body, circulation, etc. It was worth $35- the prices seem very reasonable. It's not a luxury spa type place, but know their craft. The Mrs was curious to try this place that offers a reflexology foot massage. So we stopped in just to get a feel for the place and see if it's somewhere she would like to try. Walking in we are greeted most enthusiastically by a lady who barely speaks English, so it started a little awkwardly with trying to get information. There is a board that shows $35 for a half hour foot massage. When we pointed to it I think we were negotiating...? Hahahaaaa!! Next thing you know we are both being walked back to a couple of side by side short sofas. There is a wicker basket to put your shoes and socks and pillows on the sofas for reclining. We both settled in as they brought out foot baths. These ladies are very courteous, polite and cheerful. They are enthusiastic about their work and do a good job. They put our feet in these baths to soak while they came around behind us and we got a neck and shoulder massage to start. Then they got to our feet and that massage was awesome. They weren't exactly delicate, but they were thorough and not rough. At the end of the massage they toweled off our legs (up to the knees) and feet and said we are done. Not very ceremonious either, but efficient. My feet feel great and I'm relaxed, considering we only went in to get some information and came out as clients. Yea, I would be tempted to go back with any muscle issues. If you want an aggressive muscle workout, I'm thinking this is your cup of tea. There is a large menu board on the wall in the office. It is easy enough to just point at what you want and you're in business. The place is clean and well kept. For the most part it looks like a lot of the rooms are cubbies with drapes, but the full body massage rooms have actual doors. read more

The best in Eugene. Appointments made online or by phone are on time, clean space, friendly staff. The language difference is easy to overcome either with translate, or simple English. I don't go anywhere else, you can also get a frequent visitor card for a discount, but I prefer to pay the already good prices for excellent quality care without the discount. Highly recommend the hot stones! If you want quality, and friendly relaxing environment go and try it out. I recommend 1-2 hours. Can't go wrong. read more

The first time I went in it was on a Groupon deal for a 1/2 hour foot soak and massage, combined with 1/2 hour full body massage. The foot massage was lacking and so uncomfortable. I relatively tall 5'8", so it was just super awkward. They lean you back on a bench with no head or back support and you kinda hang your legs over the edge into the soaking bin. Weird! The massage was nice, but she didn't speak English at all so it was hard to communicate. She realized I was hurting though and added hot stones. That was heaven! I did give them a second try for 90 min massage and it was awesome. Again, very little English but the gal was very intuitive and it was very relaxing. The atmosphere is nice, clean and soothing. Have come here for 4 massages over the past 3 months and all have been very nice and quite relaxing. Wonderful people who are committed to making you feel relaxed and ease the stresses of the day. As mentioned by others, there is a language barrier but it is easily overcome with time and working with them. Some of the nicest people you will meet. The first time I went the body massage was amazing. Second time, I requested an hour long body massage. I got there on time and they didn't start the session till about 5 min late and also ended the session 10 min early. On top of that they went in and out of the room multiple times to greet incoming customers. I didn't want to leave any tip at all but can never do that regardless of how horrible the service was. read more

Coco was the lady who gave me a massage and she greeted me so kindly. The massage was a perfect in between of hard to get the knots out of my body but also soft enough that it was still relaxing. What a fun surprise! Inexpensive, nice staff and a relaxing foot massage (+head). The place is clean. Didn't quite know what to expect. You're greeted warmly when you walk in, and shown to a shared massage area (with curtains for privacy) to soak your feet then they work on your foot, arms, legs. I'm crying because I'm still in the exact same pain I was before arriving. I chose the 90 minute combo (45 min reflexology, 45 min body massage). I've been getting massage for over twenty years and this was one of the two most disappointing sessions I've experienced. The woman who I saw was not "highly trained" as advertised. In fact, I doubt she is in possession of a license. I explained my injuries and trouble areas, but because she does not speak any english it was a futile effort. Her pressure was so soft it barely registered. My shoulders, hips and thighs were completely neglected, and no actual reflexology was done. She and the two other non-english speaking women I met were all kind, but that doesn't help my pain and the money I wasted. Seriously lucked out with this spot! It's a bit out of the way but seriously worth it--I don't know if you work at a desk but I've just gotten accustomed to a certain level of soreness/tightness that occasionally gets irksome and right now I can seriously roll my head 360 degrees on my neck without wincing! I've been shelling out for the more traditional Swedish deep tissue places recently after getting mediocre massages at Chinese foot massage spots even though those were my favorite from living in SoCal. But I was just desperate, calling around on a Sunday after getting called in to work last minute, hoping to find an appointment somewhere for me and the boyfriend to destress. They were so accommodating with my request, I got to come by right after I got off! Plus with the promo they have if you book online through their website it's the best deal in town. So I'm already giddy but the drive out there can be daunting when you live in town so I'm lowering my expectations. The woman who greeted us was so chipper and kind and we quickly got whisked to the back while they filled hot tubs to soak your feet. I wasn't sure what to dress down to but the women were so professional so even though there was a bit of a language barrier they made sure I was comfortable. The massage itself was wonderful, started out so relaxing I almost fell asleep (a pet peeve of mine I try to avoid, I want to be present for my enjoyment!) and then when she started working on my back/neck/shoulders I was amazed at my masseuse's strength! I prefer deep tissue because I associate the slightly painful pressure with the satisfaction of breaking my knots but she was intentional and focused on working them out with deliberate applied pressure. It wasn't painful so I wasn't sure how I'd feel afterwards...I was hoping she'd really crack my neck or something, it'd been so tight for the past month! But she must've known what she was doing because 6 hours later there's still no pain, no soreness, I can twist my back and neck and no twinges or resistance! I walked in to check the place out and they ended up not being busy at the time. I had my one year old with me but the ladies entertained him while I got a much needed mommy break. I called a couple times to make appointment for 11 am . I get there and the lady had no idea what I talking about. She calls someone on the phone to verify my appointment. I am escorted to a room with several other bed/massage table. I lay down then the girls want me to scoot down to put my feet in hot water. Which was very uncomfortable. The other lady comes in an starts massaging my head and temples and I am thinking ok why is she doing this. Because my appointment was for a 90 minute Reflexology session which is for your feet. So I just went along with it. I ended up having a 60 minute combination session. I explained to the lady when I paid that they messed up. . Don't know if I will go back or not. read more

This was an amazing experience. True, the language barrier was intriguing and a challenge, but authentic ethnic origins of the massage and reflexology came through to produce a very relaxing experience. The ladies were extremely friendly and able to fit us in as a couple. The foot massage was out of this world and it was as if she knew exactly what was needed. It is obvious that you are going for a relaxing experience and you'd have to be naive or ignorant if you have a medical ailment and you are expecting to be healed. But I guarantee you will want to return. They graciously provided us with a bottle of Kirkland water and offered candy on the way out the door. Very gracious people!
