Bruce took as much time as I needed to explain their process and the strong likely hood that a dine sized ding could be repaired. I stopped by the next day and was in and out within 30 minutes. Professional, HONEST, kind man. My insurance required I pay the difference between what they paid and the cost of the repair. Bruce would not accept my money. Great service, good experience. And not a big franchise. So pleased.

When I called after filing my claim the person who answered the phone said she knew she had seen it somewhere, USAA said they'd call me but am guessing that if I hadn't called I'd still be waiting. That said they were very nice when I took my car in and dropped it off. Asked how long it would take and they said two hours. I went home and then a friend and I went to lunch in Puyallup, went to a park, went to Starbucks and four hours later the car still wasn't done. That's a lot of difference in time. Aside from that little glitch, the work was professional, and there were no fingerprints or dirty spots in the car and I know they had to recalibrate the camera.
