The gentleman who answered told me the quote and gave me a delivery window of 4 hours with the service being done at my address. He was super patient and waited for me while I scrambled to get some info he needed that I didn't have on hand. 4/4 came, and Oscar called to tell me he would arrive between 2-3 pm. He and his assistant arrived at 2:45 pm. He said they'd be done in 30 minutes, and they were. They did the change in the parking lot of my office.
