Had a horrible experience at the store when having a prescription taken them for new orthotics I made it very clear to the woman that took care of me that the orthotics had to fit in my current shoes that I could not possibly afford to buy all new shoes both work casual and work out they made the orthotics they did not fit at all they offered to change the shape and shave them but then they would not do what the doctor prescribed them to do I asked for a refund they would not the owner got very aggressive with me and threaten me I told him I'd be canceling the charges and would prefer her not to get into a social media issue he said go ahead I don't care the owner of the store actually said I don't care what people think of me avoid the store at all cost I have contacted my Dr to make sure he never gets another referral from their office! read more

I brought my elderly father here to get some new shoes to help his poor feet. Needed arch support badly. Rudi was very knowledgeable and found us the right shoes for him and was very patient with my father. There are not the cheapest shoes you will find but their prices are in line with online prices for the same shoes. Foot solutions is a lot more than I expected in many ways. I bought a pair of boots and my heels were slipping up when I walked so I wanted an insert to fill up some space. The full service staff looked at my situation and tried several options to optimize the fit of the boots including adding a pad in the top to stop my foot from pressing too far forward and a riser under the toes to keep the heels down. I wanted the insole that I came in for in the end. The accessories are stored behind the counter so I did not know what the cost would be. I was guessing $15-20 but I was about 500% wrong. The total was $97 which shocked me. I almost turned away due to sticker shock but was too embarassed after the good service. My husband bought shoes there for $350 once, the superior service and quality demand a high price. read more
