My initial experience was amazing I was immediately greeted and helped by a gentleman named Chris/ Christian P, he not only helped me find the shoes I was looking for but also gave input on what shoes to size up or down in which made the whole processes much faster for me. He held the shoes for me up in the counter while I continued to shop. Once I got in line I was immediately off put by the cashier( a young lady with a tattoo on her forearm) she did not greet me or call me up next she simply stared at me, she seemed very annoyed with the business of the store or as if she was not happy to be there or interested in helping the next customer. I informed her I had some shoes set up here for me, a pair of Nike air forces and Jordan's. ( my first time buying Jordan's(I was unaware of the name of the shoes and the size because I had to size up or down). After the confusion I asked to retry on the shoes to confirm before purchasing and she seemed annoyed and said "okay you will have to step aside to help out the next customer in line" and only handed over 1 of the shoes out of the 2 i was purchasing. I was very confused but proceeded to try the one pair of shoes on. Still unsure if the other pair were the ones he had set aside for me. Christian saw what was happening and quickly checked on me to see if everything worked out ok. After him reconfirming the shoes and shoe size. He then asked me if I wanted to pay cash or card and helped me purchased said shoes without having to reform a line. I felt more confident with my purchase after his help. I will be coming back in hopes to experience the same customer service Christian provided. Thanks footlocker read more

They prioritized health and safety against covid. They were patient and had good costumer service skills.

Evelyn C. was very helpful. I asked several questions about sneakers that weren't in the store and Evelyn took the time to look up several pairs of shoes for me. I eventually found some that I liked and ordered them. I will come back again. read more

Perfect place to cop those J's I was trying to snatch. I always appreciate the employees willingness to help.

Update: It has been almost a month since Foot Locker "lost" my order. NOW...they have "lost" my refund check. The more you complain, the MORE they give you the runaround. The customer service representatives refuse to identify themselves and they refuse to file a complaint on your behalf. The customer service supervisor, Kat Bebeau, will not return phone calls OR emails. Shame on Foot Locker!!! read more

This Foot Locker has a pretty decent selection, I was able to find a nice pair of Nike shoes for my son for a reasonable price. The woman working the floor was very helpful, she came by and measured my son's foot and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Also, this location has a lot of good stuff on their clearance racks and tables, everything ranging from complete outfits to socks and shoes. read more

The people in this place have horrible customer service you say please and thank you and get no reply they have no manners. I feel bad because daniel was amazing, so nice and helped a lot. They could all learn a lot from him. I will not be back to this store. read more

Husband and I went in to shop today and was helped by JT. We bought 2 pairs of shoes and his help from beginning to end was outstanding! Wish other stores had employees with his kind of customer service! Thanks JT! read more

The service was beyond HORRIBLE in this store, so bad I went to the corporate website. Here is a little of what I wrote to them: I was in your Modesto Kids Footlocker store yesterday afternoon. I had what was probably, the WORST customer service known to man. After waiting for several minutes while the sales associates stood around avoiding customers, we finally managed to talk one into helping us. I asked a few questions about the fit of the shoes and if they run big/small. The sales associate was not helpful and huffed/sighed at every question. When I asked her to measure my daughter's foot she rolled her eyes and with attitude went to the ground. At that point I was livid and done with her attitude and lack of customer service. I told her to stop and forget it, she obviously was not into working that day. I mentioned that her attitude and rolling of eyes was unnecessary and impolite, she yelled back at me "I DO NOT HAVE AN ATTITUDE!" I said obviously you do, and the yelling is again, unnecessary. When I asked for a manager I was directed (with a limp arm thrown into the air) to another young woman, who couldn't have been more than 19 years old. She stood there wide eyed, saying "Uh-huh, uh-huh...", all while her employee was still in the background shouting about not having an attitude. I saw that conversation going nowhere, so I said to the manager "Your obviously not bothered by your horrible customer service and your incompetent employees, we're done here" and walked out. I will make sure I spread the word about this store, I belong to Yelp.com, if your not familiar with it you should be! I cannot believe that a large chain such as footlocker would hire these young and completely rude girls to be the face of their company. In the future I would HIGHLY recommend more efficient training for those in managerial positions. I firmly believe in customer service, when I get good service I always recommend the store to others. I will be making sure I let all of my friends/family know to steer clear of Foot Locker in Vintage Faire Mall. **This is just part of how bad the service was. I think my favorite part of all of this is when I called the girl out for rolling her eyes at me. Her response "MY EYE HURTED!!"....Ah America's youth, so educated, so polite and so unfortunately our future. read more

Rude customer service I got it, it's an not before closing but you can at least provide some type of customer service. Also, I want a different size on something, don't ask me if I know that's what I want! Seriously?! Otherwise, the store if stocked, clean, and horrible customer service! read more

I had the pleasure of being helped by a young gentleman named Rendell today. I was there to purchase some basketball shoes for my daughter and mentioned that she said her feet hurt, so he politely offered to let me try on several different insoles and answered any question I could think of. When it came time to pay, I realized I lost my debit card somewhere while shopping in the mall. All I had was my checkbook and the register spit out my check several times but after about the fourth time, decided it wanted to accept. I was extremely grateful he was patient and took the time to run it again so that I wouldn't have to make a trip to the bank and back. I will bring my daughter back to try the insoles and look forward to my next visit. read more

Funny how you walk into foot locker and all the employees stare at you and don't help you at all unless you buy something or ask for a fitting room like that's terrible customer service !!! read more

Amazing customer service. Went in didn't know what I wanted but Sam was very friendly and helped. Actually made a conversation with me. tried on some shoes my original associate Sam was busy then Brenda asked me if I was doing okay and didn't mind grabbing me other shoes. Really appreciate the kindness and friendliness kids footlocker provided me. Definitely coming back just because of them. read more

This store honestly deserves 0 stars. Management NEEDS to get a handle on their employees customer service skills because they are severely lacking in any. I usually do not purchase shoes in store because I have noticed their poor customer service but today I was forced to as I had a return from an online purchase. As I walked in to the store an employee named Brenda was standing in the front I said Hi, she said nothing, she followed slowly and unenthusiastically behind me to the counter, as she approached the counter (still saying nothing) I informed her I had a return and gave her the shoes and receipt. She proceeded to check the shoes and fiddle with the computer asking me to insert my debit card, I did and followed the prompts on the screen entering my pin. Brenda looked at the computer and said my card was declined, I asked her how that was possible if I was not purchasing anything, she simple stated I don't know, she gave me no solutions all she kept saying was she didn't know. I asked her to do it again which ended in the same result I asked her if I was suppose to be entering my pin and she said yes. She begin putting my things together suggesting their was nothing she could do still offering no solutions because She Didn't know. I asked her to call someone which she did with an attitude and the situation was resolved within seconds. KidsFootlocker I as a paying customer do not expect to go into your store to have to deal with your employees attitude and lack of training I do not work for you and should not have to be put int he position to resolve your issues. Train Your Employees Better and teach them Customer Service!!!! read more

Went in to buy birthday shoes for my son. White guy with beard did not even acknowledge me standing about 3 feet from me while I'm holding two pairs of shoes. Luckily young kid Jonathan came and helped, as well as Jaydon. The bearded guy is rude and must not need any sales. If Jonathan and Jaydon had not stepped in I would have called corporate. read more

Let me start off by saying worst customer service. Everyone was just standing around and I wasn't even acknowledged that I was in the store. When I asked for help the girl just starred at me and didn't say a word. When I asked her how the sizes ran, if it was in men sizes she rolled her eyes at me. It made me so upset that I walked out because I did not feel like they deserved my hard earned money. read more

Never again shopping at this kids foot locker. If I could give this place a 0 I would! Employees are not professional. I walked in for a refund and two employees were having a full on conversation right in front of me while I was at the register about a potential new employee that had dropped off his resume. One of the employees even opened the envelope and took out the resume and other papers and started commenting about it with the other employee. Those should definitely be confidential! Very rude and immature of the employees. read more

Went to footlocker in the mall the lady manager with blonde hair is rude and the worker justin a is hecka funny, nice and helped me out alot. School shoes for kid. Looked at two pair. Kid picks pair #2. Thats great since sales guy said pair #2 were cheaper than pair #1. Pair 1 are $65, no price on #2, so expecting about $55. Get to register and rings up $95. You want to tell my kid now they can't get these shoes? Hosed. Thanks for making this a lousy experience. read more
