Staff has no product knowledge on shoe drops. Ask if they know about shipments and they look at you like your crazy. You work with shoes you should know they drops are releasing and if you'll receive inventory. Not say you can call other stores and see what they have have, or you could have some form of customer service and you can call your sister store help your customer... never will spend a dollar here again, Merced mall should be shut down. Came here for the first time & had a terrible experience. There were 3 workers total (2 guys & 1 girl) on the floor and only 1 of them (the girl) was helping customers. The 2 guys were just standing there watching & talking to each other. It was clear that the girl needed help attending to all of the customers in the store, & yet they did nothing but watch. I would not advice giving them your business. I have tried to buy shoes there numerous times every time I go the guys working Inside are extremely rude and unhelpful... they always say " out of stock" or they don't have your size!! I've had complaints from other friends of mine having the same issues. They will walk past you and not attempt to help you .. even when you smile and ask nicely! You need to hire honest friendly workers or else your going to go out of business. For now I'll do my business at Kohls or Tillys or another shoe store in Merced where they care about there customers!! read more

I had to order shoes that they didn't have there and when I had ordered them the guy told me that they were gonna call me and let me know when it would get shipped to their store. I had to call them to ask them about it and of course they had it but failed to notify me. When we picked up my shoe it wasn't even the right color! read more

You think "it's just another shoe store" but people really do make the difference and I had the best experience ever in purchase the best shoes for me. I would totally go here again and recommend it if you are searching for shoes and in needed of knowledgeable staff. read more

Stay away from this store! The employees are very poorly trained. Purchased my first adidas NMDs, I told the assistant that I wanted them for running he said that they should be fine but that IF FOR WHATEVER REASON THEY DID NOT WORK OUT I COULD GET A REFUND. FALSE. Within ONE WEEK I worn them about twice and they were to painful to run with so i came back to the store for my promised refund. The salesman(Norman) said they looked like they been used so maybe I couldn't return them. UM hello idiot that's what I said, I used them and they didnt work for me so I would like a refund. He then said he had to check with his manager "JP". I swear to god he turned to look for less than a second and then said they weren't returnable. So then Norman proceded to tell me he was doing me a "solid" by even offering me store credit because it was a loss for the company. That was his mistake letting clients know that the company is more important than the customers. I ended up getting credit which I will not use because I simply don't want to make business with them. They are just cashiers so why do they become so hostile about returns, it's not like the items belong to them personally. Im not sure if it's the area where the store is located but the staff seems to be very poorly trained with the way they talk and then way they handle business. Not to mention they blast their music so half the time you can't even call for help because they won't hear or they are just talking to each other. This place is a joke. read more
