I like the people they have good way about them... never had any problems other than dealing with the Fucking tennie bobber crowd hanging on to whatever's trending for the moment.. but if you can stiff arm your way through the shit ass customers, who haven't seen the sun in a few months and who tend to have a cape more often than not.. in the small space your bound to find some cool things as well as get some good customer service as a bonus. read more

I shopped at Hot Topic Merced Mall 4/15/18 and returned the items 20 minutes later I paid for my items with my debit card they said I would get my money the next day so the money was suppose to be refunded and it wasn't until I called my bank 4/16/18 to release Hold authorization then I got my money back well a couple hours later Hot Topic charged my card again I went into the store to ask for my refund they are so rude not helpful at all they told me I have to wait 7 days the District Manager Rudy is the one told me it's nothing he can do and wait 7 days with out even reevaluating the situation or asking for my receipt information or try to even call me this is by far the most horrible experience 0 Stars I am still waiting on my refund read more

The people working here are always polite, fun, and looking to help out in any way possible. My only real complaint is that it's difficult to find shirts because they always fit strangely, but that's okay because all their other stuff is great, especially their pins! Totally fun place. read more

A favorite store of my daughters whenever we come to visit. There was a bit of a wait today to obtain and purchase our items. Seems like the girl on the floor was a bit overwhelmed, probably could have had someone helping her. Other than that, great selection of current popular items.
