Stopped by here on our way home to San Diego. I was dressed in my driving clothes...you…read moreknow...comfortable for our 8hr drive. Lol Anyways, we made a stop at Starbuck's for coffee and to gas up next door when we saw a sign for children's Hunter Rainboots on sale, posted out front. I decided to walk inside and check it out while hubby got us coffee and the kids food. I guess I was expecting friendly service since the majority of the items were on the higher end. But as soon as I walked in, the two little girls working there intentionally ignored me even though I made eye contact. Neither one of them asked if I needed help and made themselves busy with the ONE white customer. I'm not stupid, I know when someone is being racist. So I walked out and took my money elsewhere. I mean c'mon...it's a wannabe high end clothing store situated in a strip mall between Starbucks and a gas station (pssshhh) I can get the same items, if not better and for less at Bloomingdale's or Nordstrom since I'm a preferred customer. So much for supporting a local mom and pop.

Worst shopping experience of my life and I'm 45. I went in the store looking for a dress. I saw a…read moredress I liked and I went to go take a closer look. I was being very gentle and careful with the dress when some blonde lady gave me a disgusting look with her beedy little eyes and told scolded me like I was a child. She said "don't touch, are you buying?" I was taken back a bit. Who does this lady think this is ? Did I just walk in the Louis Vuitton store? I was eager to buy but guess what? not now. There is nothing more to the story. I had no attitude, no annoying kids, nothing. I went in there like a normal respectful citizen just expecting, at the very least a, mediocre shopping experience. But I got treated like a second class citécitizen. I spent my money elsewhere. This happened a couple years ago but a colleague of mine had a similar experience there so it def needs to be shared.

If you decide not to buy something just remember that once it's gone, it's gone. They don't keep a regular inventory of everything that they sell. Employees are helpful every time I come in here. They have high security staff and lots of video cameras everywhere to prevent shop lifting. I like that. You cannot take any of the shopping carts out of the store but they will offer to help load your merchandise into your car if you need help. The clothes and shelves in this store can get pretty cluttered and messy especially during the holidays because of the customers. It's a great store to visit if you are looking for a good deal on just about anything (home decor, shoes, kids toys, clothes, kitchen accessories, and traveling amenities.)

I see fellow customers tossing items onto the floor and not picking them up. I see trash everywhere left by people and it sickens me how their is no respect for this establishment. She applies highlights then brown hair dye to roots obviously it washed into my blond highlights she reapplied more same process toned realized she messed up so did a bleach wash to attempt to fix it. My hair turned out so bad that I called out of work the following day out of pure embarrassment! It's so over processed and damaged I'm going to have to spend more money on treatments before I can even pay another stylist to fix my hair. I went back to salon following day to request full refund as I paid 330. They refused insisting another stylist fix it the following day. When I stated my hair can't tolerate more chemicals because of her negligence in over processing she offered a free conditioning.. it's SCARY THAT THE SALON MANAGER IS SO ILL TRAINED AND EDUCATED THAT SHE WOULD ATTEMPT TO CONVINCE ME IT WAS SAFE TO RE HIGHLIGHT MY HAIR 24 hours after it was already super over processed!! The workers don't really greet me and I often have to ask for someone to open the fitting room for me. Usually a cashier has to open it probably due to lack of staff or time of day? There was only one girl, a petite Asian girl that worked at the cash wrap, who greeted me with a genuine smile and asked if I needed help finding anything.
