The service is Amazing the ladies are always so nice at the cashier I take my brother because he has a disability. And I'm trying to teach him how to pay alone and do small things and everyone so friendly he always loves buying movies here . And the price for some clothes are decent it can be a bit expensive if you go to nicer area but I mean the selection are pretty reasonable if they look unused and new. But overall they are great I just wish they had more furniture and home stuff for people who can't afford that stuff but it's okay. :). read more

We passed through Merced on our way back from Valley Children's Hospital, and boy, am I glad that we did! Their prices are a little high like the other posts have mentioned, however, they had sales on certain items and they also give a discount to out of towners such as ourselves, since we didn't have a coupon. I'm so glad the cashier told us about this. She was a very friendly and helpful lady. We ended up buying more items because of it. I love Christian music myself, so I was not bothered by it. But I know it can offend some people. Can't wait to see what they have in store for us next time we are in the area! read more

I give Restored 4 stars only because it is rather overpriced. However I too try to come prepared with a 50% off coupon and I take advantage of their sales whenever I can. Restored is large and has a good variety of stuff. I tend to shop the perimeter of the store for household goods, electronics, linens and sundries more than the clothes. However they get some super interesting shoes. I am a shoe queen and they have some delicious ones. Occasionally you can bargain down a price if you're buying a lot of one thing but typically whatever the price says is what you'll pay. The cashiers are polite and friendly enough but not effusive. I'm a regular and there are no signs that any of them recognize me or know my name. Not necessary, but it would make me feel more valued as a customer. read more

It's a very presentable thrift store and it has a department store feeling but their stuff is donated and a lot of the items they had there for sale you could almost buy new. The prices are way too high or a bunch of stuff there for Easter baskets that you could get at the dollar store for a dollar and they were selling them for $1.99 kind of ridiculous read more

This is a very nice store very clean and organized. Ok the bad they no longer have craft stuff. That said prices are ridiculous and way over priced. Furniture prices are a joke. Broken chipped ugly dressers priced so much. Hutch up to 300 and over. This stuff is dinged up with those prices. Boutique clothing is also over priced. Nice to browse but buy cheaper new! read more

I've been to this thrift store a few times already. Yes, prices can be a little steep, but I always come in using a "50% off your entire purchase" coupon that I get in the mail. They also usually have a chalkboard displaying promos like 50% off all shoes, .10¢ books, etc. The Thrift store is ran by a Christian school - I believe - hence the Christian music. Doesn't bother me at all. Cashiers have always been helpful and polite. If I am not mistaken, they are also volunteers. My favorite section is the "boutique" area. I have found some designer threads that have actually been UNDERPRICED for what their resale value is. What a steal! A great store to find hidden gems. read more
