    Do not shop here!…read more I bought 4 pairs of shoes online. Needed to return 2 that didn't fit. While looking for replacement shoes, the manager (Joseph) comes over to ask me if I needed help. I showed him two shoes from the Rack Room website that were currently in stock online. He immediately tells me he doesn't carry basketball shoes in his store, and that I should try Dick's Sporting Goods. That rubbed me the wrong way (say get out of your store without saying get out of your store). I go back to the counter and he is now the cashier. I tell him that there are 2 shoes online that I would like to replace the shoes that were too small. He immediately starts going on and on about how different shopping online is different from shopping in-store and tries to make it seem like he couldn't order me a shoe online and have it shipped to me. I have been shopping with Rack Room for 11 years, and asked "are you trying to tell me you can't order me a shoe online and ship it to my home?" He then back peddles and says he can. However, now, I'm pissed. So, I returned one pair of shoes that I paid full price for. To prevent losing the BOGO, I ordered a shoe to be shipped to my home. Instead of exchanging only the shoe that I brought in-store, he takes it upon himself to return both shoes (the one still at my house, but on receipt) and the ones I actually brought in. This caused me to have to pay $10 more for the shoe at home since that shoe had a promotion at the time that I bought it. When I brought this to his attention, he tried to make it seem like this was the norm. This is quite shady. I immediately called corporate and spoke with Mitch, who assured me that this was not correct and a refund would be posted to my account. However, this had to go through the Warehouse (another department for processing). After 2 weeks, money was not refunded to my account. I returned all shoes purchased from Rack Room and will never shop with Rack Room again. I should mention that while I was in the store, I found 2 pairs of shoes for my 1yo, but needed to bring her to get her sized. You also lost that sale. So, you lost the sale of 6 pairs of shoes due to terrible customer service. Do better. Rack Room, you should thank Joseph for losing money and a long-term customer. You should also enroll Joseph in some Racial Bias courses so that you don't get sued.
