All he did was add little loops on the side before I brought it in. He gave me a big talk, saying that he would renew everything paint everything but then when I pick it up, he says he just couldn't do it. I bring in my daughter's UGG shoes next. He gives me a big talk again to say that he can sew it up repair it and make it look new. Next thing you know a week later I pick it up and he tells me he couldn't do it. Instead he messes the shoes up and puts or glues on a huge ugly patch. That's a completely different color it looks ridiculous. This guy is incompetent and shouldn't be working on expensive items.

I've gone 3 separate times now for 2 pairs of LV sandals, an LV purse, and a Gucci backpack, and every repair came back looking great and honestly sturdier than when I originally bought them. For instance, I absolutely destroyed the finish and the straps of my Louis Vuitton sandals while walking in the rain on vacation. The finish leaked all over my feet and the leather/canvas. Felix not only cleaned off the dye and repaired the damage, but he resealed the sandals to where it's now waterproof. Their prices are also really reasonable and an insanely small fraction of what it would've cost to send the items back to LV or Gucci for repair. I wouldn't trust my designer items with anyone else.
