Very upset. First off I brought in a purse for him to repair. I paid him $45. He told me what he…read morewould do when I pick up the purse. A week later the purse was exactly the same. All he did was add little loops on the side before I brought it in. He gave me a big talk, saying that he would renew everything paint everything but then when I pick it up, he says he just couldn't do it. I bring in my daughter's UGG shoes next. He gives me a big talk again to say that he can sew it up repair it and make it look new. Next thing you know a week later I pick it up and he tells me he couldn't do it. Instead he messes the shoes up and puts or glues on a huge ugly patch. That's a completely different color it looks ridiculous. This guy is incompetent and shouldn't be working on expensive items.
