Whoever is the manager here should absolutely be fired. The mall opens up at 10am, but for some reason this store is the ONLY store here to open up at noon. I waited two hours for it to open, walked past it at 11am and 11:30, and at 12:01 they put up this sign saying they're closed for the day. If you're unable to get staff here, why not out that sign up hours ago?! If you have someone to come in the store to put up the sign, why not just freaking open?? And don't come back at me with some BS about short staffing - maybe if you paid your employees a living wage you wouldn't have to deal with this. You already sell shoes made off of slave labor, you don't have to sell them in your store the same way. This sh*t hole will be closed in the next 3 months, hopefully a better store will come in.

Really shitty service, slow on asking if you need help ...good luck with service you'll get help after browsing. For awhile

. . . . Went to the new mall out in kapolei I had put a bad review , but after taking the survey the store manager tried calling didnt return call , then the regional manager called and made me feel better that my comments counts he really listened and very understanding since I was a teenager buying my first converse shoes till today still going to foot locker and my kids and all their friend go either online or to the store glad they re still around , anyway the regional manager offered to give me something in return of poor visit and I said I would like to feel good about spending money.....

The other day my foot got unlocked so I needed to find a locker to lock it back up. LOL JK JK I was born with 2 legs and 2 feet, unlike cats and dogs, so I bring both my legs and feet with me everywhere I go. This means whenever I leave the house, I wear some kind of shoe. I walk around a lot because I'm human and that's what we do, we walk. After so many use, I started to wear out the shoes that I wore from when I wear them. I needed new shoes so my cousin and I went Foot Locker. We walked in and were greeted nicely by a referee dressed in black and white stripes. I didn't know what game was playing. He asked if I needed any help. I said, "I don't understand the game." He looked confused. So I brought him back to earth. I said, "I like some shoes that make my feet feel good every step of da way." He showed me some shoes on the shelf. Before I looked at the designs, I looked at the price. My cousin and I knew deep in our hearts, minds, souls, and bank accounts that we won't be walking out with new shoes. So we decided to do what we could afford to do. We tried them on. Bruh, the bugga was really soft and comfortable! Felt amazing when I walked around in em. One day when I work for Google, I'll come back and buy those shoes. The people real night though. Everywhere smell like nice new shoes. Wish my feet and shoes smell like dat. -1 star for expensive price

Lots of great deals going on right now! Store opens at 11am and the limit to enter is 14 customers at a time. Great time to grab back to school sneakers for kids! They are super cheap.

Clean and cold store. Just how I like it

I've never been a Fighting Eel girl, but then you get one item as a gift, you decide to check out…read morethe store, and all of a sudden you need a lunch bag from them. I got a FE diaperbag as a gift but had NO IDEA how to use it - it's an older version with the bassinet attachment. It was from an aunty, NWOT, and I don't mind it didn't have tags, or that it's an older version. I've always been the kind of girlie to thrift shop because I'm not a fan of what the clothing industry has done to our planet. This is why we went to FE in the first place: for someone to help us figure out how to use this thing. The sales girl was SO NICE! Everyone was, but definitely shoutout to the one who helped us. All the girls in there were not working for FE when this bag came out so they knew nothing about it except the girl who helped us. Since it was slow, it was nice getting to talk to all of them. Then, I see it: a lunch bag. Since I'm pumping and always on the go, I was in the market for a lunch to store my breast pump parts and milk. I loved that the bag had a wide mouth opening and lots of convenient pockets. One reason I'm also not a FE person is the prints are too much for me. Put it this way, the only print I would kind of consider wearing is the simple fish print in black, no other colors! But the green print on the lunchbag was actually really nice. And then next thing you know, there's also a baby section as well for my son! I walked into the store not expecting to buy anything, and now I'm following FE and excited because their baby section is about to have a new drop. Having a baby changes you, I'll still thrift for my clothes, but I wouldn't mind getting my son the newest clothes from a locally owned, woman ran business. Also, I LOVE being able to text the store and reserve items, no driving all the way to find out it's not there! And the quality of the clothes is definitely there. Decided to buy a baby onesie for our family photos.

Love this location! The ladies here are friendly and knowledgeable in their product and know which…read morestyles can work best on which individual. They offer lots of choices and are very helpful in narrowing them down based on your preferences. Always best to come in store instead of shopping online because there are so many styles to choose from that you really need to step into a piece to really look at the fit. Always a beautiful selection and array of prints both older and new arrival styles. In several occasions I like a certain print and end up walking out with a different design all together or maybe event a different style. These pieces are great and very comfortable. You can dress them up or down for different occasions. But ladies, Treat yourself ! You deserve it. Shout out to Mari who was very sweet and helped me find what I was looking for.
