Came here today on this last weekend Sunday to shop before Christmas! As I expects it was super busy here with everyone just wanting to buy a gift or something before they start there work week tomorrow! As expected they have a nice selection of Jordans Nikes you know it and they go em! Nicely staffed today especially for such a busy day and time of the year! I was greeted upon entry an it seemed like to every turn or point I made there was someone there asking if I needed help or needed a size! Loved it? Great customer service! Everyone was very attentive and ready to help out for the sale read more

Foot Locker, though a bit on the expensive side, was overall a very pleasant experience. Every employee we encountered was genuinely friendly, which really made a difference. And Dorian--the young man who assisted us--was especially attentive. That kind of service stays with you. read more

Staff is allergic to answering the phone impossible to reach anyone. Like it's that hard to pick up a phone, be so fr

Associates are friendly but not capable of actually servicing a customer. I waited 15 min to be told the shoes I asked for were not in the store. I asked for the same shoes in another color and then waited another 15 min for the shoes to never show up . After 30 min of waiting they asked if I would like to order the shoes. Absolutely not! I left and ordered the same shoes across the way in less than 5 min. The entire store needs training in customer service. read more

Foot locker used to be my go to spot back in the day. Today was probably the first day in over 2 or 3 years ive been in their store. I remember when i had to be at their store waiting at the door when there was a new release. Now. Nah! How is it possible to walk into a shoe store and they have 1 shoe in the size i want in the whole store? Ill never come back again and it seems they dont care anyway. Bad service and nothing i could buy. read more

Every employee greeted us warmly and was incredibly kind when we visited this past Tuesday. As the president of a nonprofit that donates hygiene supplies to the unhoused community three times a week, this day was special. We had the chance to buy clothing and shoes for two kids whose parents couldn't afford school attire. Yennie was amazing--she helped us size the kids' feet to ensure we got the correct shoe sizes, made them feel comfortable, and even directed us to Kid's Foot Locker for a better selection. We ended up purchasing some stylish Air Forces for the boy and a pair of Vans for the girl. Huge thanks again to Yennie! read more

My mother and I had an amazing experience at Foot Locker thanks to Terry. Great customer service!

Despite the reviews here, I found this FootLocker location to be totally fine... Staff made sure I was being helped, no attitude towards me when trying on my pair of shoes, bought the shoes. The cashier (a young man with glasses) was actually very friendly & courteous. The selection wasn't cooked either... read more

I went in there with a friend and was waiting for her to finish up. I was on my phone naturally and many many interruptions by store staff asking me questions. Not sure why they were doing that when they made my friend who was asking them for help, wait forever and they clearly could see I was on the phone. I complained to one of them after and he just stood there and said yeah, yeah, yeah and yeah. that is the type of people who work there. read more

No one greeted me which was fine. I had to approach two people to ask for a shoe. They were standing at the register discussing previous employees and personal details. One radioed for someone to bring the shoe. And continued their personal conversion. I waited several minutes and still no shoe. Finally someone brought the shoe . The young lady( who was having the conversation ) handed me the shoe and pointed saying " you can sit there " didn't offer to walk me over . I explained that I didn't need to try ( the shoes weren't for me ) . She said ok and then turned and continued her conversation with the other employee who was drinking a blue drink . After several minutes others joined them in the conversation. Here we are standing at the register with my wallet , shoe in hand and no one offered to ring me . I asked if someone would ring me , the same girl said yes . She then turns to give the other employee a hug spills the drinks . Now she has stopped to clean up the spill I'm still standing with my item ready to purchase . She approaches the register another employee comes from the back and says loudly " I'm off who gone check my bag " the young lady then stops preparing to ring me up to allow the another employee to clock out. Again I'm left waiting with money in hand . After about 12 minutes ordeal I decide they didn't want my money and I left without purchasing. Really shouldn't have to beg to spend money . All the gather and personal conversations was one thing but to make a customer wait because you're having personal conversation that I can clearly overhear. And it turns out one of the employee identified himself as Ray the manager . read more

I will never give Foot Locker my business again after this terrible experience. I ordered three pairs of shoes and used Apple Pay at checkout. Unfortunately, Apple Pay defaulted to an old shipping address, even though I had entered my new address during the process. When I realized the mistake, I immediately tried to update the address or cancel the order through the Foot Locker website, but neither option was available. Over the next three days, I contacted Foot Locker's customer service multiple times and received conflicting information each time. I was advised to contact the courier (FedEx) to either place the shipment on hold at a drop-off location or update the shipping address directly through them. However, after speaking with FedEx, it became clear that Foot Locker's shipping restrictions prevented FedEx from making any changes. FedEx informed me that only Foot Locker could authorize such modifications. I relayed this back to Foot Locker, and two different customer service agents assured me they had contacted FedEx to remove the restrictions and hold the package. Despite these assurances, FedEx repeatedly told me no such requests had been submitted. The back-and-forth was infuriating. Foot Locker blamed FedEx, and FedEx couldn't do anything due to Foot Locker's policies. Mistakes happen, but there should be a way to fix them. I was constantly told these restrictions exist because of fraud concerns, but not everyone is committing fraud. If fraud does occur, surely there are systems and insurance in place to handle it. I'm just a paying customer trying to ensure my $200 order isn't lost or stolen. This experience has been exhausting, frustrating, and a complete failure of customer service on Foot Locker's part. I would advise any and everyone to stay away from shopping with Foot Locker online. If you need to shop with them, do it instore only. read more

I have never seen a lazier and more surly group of employees than I did yesterday afternoon at Foot Locker in Fox Hills Mall. There must have been 10 employees and not one said "Hi!" or "Can I help you?" They are all just standing, or slouching, or acting like they are better than their job. I got news for you: you ain't. I took my kid there to get him his first pair of Nike's. HE had to ask for help. HE had to measure his own damn foot. HE felt like he was bothering the employees when he asked for a different size. When you can't smile for a kid? Shameless. And you need my e-mail to send me advertisements . . . errrr! . . . my receipt?!?! I call BS on that. Foot Locker will never see my family again. read more

Staff was very rude and disrespectful They circled me like I did something wrong even when I asked where the line was. read more

This foot locker is just horrible when it comes to customer service. The amount of employees around but not one single one asked if I needed help. There was about 4 girls gathered up talking and laughing when I decided to ask one, she was so rude even turned her back on me while I was talking and got on her phone then started talking to another employee again. Had to come to her about 3 times to get just to get info on a shoe. read more

I went in to buy some socks and tried to check out. The person who helped me asked for my email. I declined, and he said that he needed it to give me my receipt. I asked for a paper receipt, instead. He said that they don't have any. I thought that this was maybe a mistake, because he was trying to check me out only with a handheld device. I pointed to one of the cash registers, and asked if the cash register reps could then check me out and give me a paper receipt and he said no. So I left. Why must I give my email to buy something? I think this store just tries to obtain everyone's email in order to put you on their mailing list. TERRIBLE customer service! Don't shop here!!!!!!! read more

I was here for one thing and one thing only: to pick up an order I placed from another Foot Locker (South Bay Galleria) since they're solely the ones who had the style and size of shoe I was specifically looking for. It was a bit confusing when I walked in where to line up. There really was no clear sign or direction where to go for pick up - or for payment since a lot of the customers who were ready to pay weren't sure where to go either. I just got in front of a cashier and people followed me. I felt I cut the people who were on the other side of the store also waiting to get paid. Showed them my receipt for the called-in order and I was outta there in (literally) 2 minutes. At least they were swift. Otherwise, uneventful. They might wanna clarify their payment lines, though, especially for a busy store like theirs. read more

Went around 8pm Saturday November 9th looking for a pair of ugg slippers. I was helped out by a girl with glasses she was so nice! Wish I got her name. Horrible customer service. I walked in one evening after work and not a single employee greeted me. All the ladies made eye contact with me and continued to ignore me. No one asked if I needed anything or assistance. Suddenly a woman asks me "Do you need something?" I said "Well I was hoping someone would notice me" and I told her what I was looking for. She was very dry and short with me. When I asked who the manager was she said she was and rolled her eyes and walked away. I will NEVER return I promise you that. read more

Horrible customer service. I was standing in line and was not acknowledged. I was only acknowledged after the sales associate behind me asked to be rung up because she wanted to buy something, and she was in a rush. The cashier asked another associate to assist me. That was completely unprofessional and rude. Will not visit Foot Locker again. read more

Audrey was so nice omg she gave me such good ideas for shoes that actually fit my style. THANK YOU AUDREY !!

Always a great selection, and staff are super friendly thanks so much ! Service here is always a 10/10

Don't shop here. They steal your shoes. Placed an order a week ago and when i received the email they were delivered i went and according to the employee they were not delivered . These shoes are sold out what a coincidence. Now & days you have to be careful even with the employees at these big companies. Its upsetting because it was a birthday gift and all i got was were sorry but youll get a refund and not even right away. 5 days. read more

Wow. I have never been to any kind of store with such rude employees. I don't even know how this store is still open. I went simply to buy a duffle bag and had the worst experience. They act like I was pulling there teeth asking for help for them to get the bag for me. It took 3 different employees just to find the bag I wanted. I was waiting for 20 min and there was only 1 other person in the store. They unfortunately didn't even know to use the register cause I was standing there for another 10 min. read more

They called me for the Jordan 12 French blues because my ticket was pulled so I had asked for a 8.5 and I went and bought the shoes and I get home and later I realized they gave one shoe that was a 9 and the other shoe was a 8.5 I went back to the store and of course all the French blues were sold out so they told me it was their fault for not checking the shoe and they said if the other person who is walking around with a 8.5 and a 9 shoe returns they'll call me so I can go get my shoes so they took down my information and they said they would call me pretty often to keep me updated its been about a month and I haven't gotten not one phone call thanks alot read more

Initially I would have rated this place 2 stars for really bad service, but when I came back the second time around I had better service from a guy name Daniel and a female named Stephanie or Estelfanie I don't recall her name. Came in the first time looking for some Vapormax for my dad. Never have owned any and didn't know if they ran big or not and the guy who helped me the first time made me feel stupid for not knowing anything about it. He semi walked away talking to me and instead of helping he went off helping another customer. Kinda had a bit of an attitude afterwards when I approached him and felt rushed. Since then , I decided to give this place another shot. Stopped by after work and I knew exactly what to look for, some pair of shoes for my daughter and I. Unfortunately they didn't have the size I needed for my daughter at all and was about to leave until Daniel had asked if I needed assistance. And so I asked to see if they had another store inside the mall or another footlocker that may have my daughter shoe size and something along those lines he had said yes! ( which made me happy because it is her birthday haha). He knew exactly how I would have felt walking out without grabbing some shoes for her. This dude was busy and yet managed to help a brother out. Therefore when I got to the register to pay my shoes the cashier immediately gave a huge smile and kindly asked me about my day and if everything turned out great. Swear to everyone this girl Estelfani or Stephany gave me the best customer service ever. She asked for my email , verified I was part of the loyalty membership program. Counted the money twice to verify if I was giving her the right amount and bamm gave her more than I shouldn't have. Walked out with my shoes and blessed yall with the service I received from the dude and her. I am more than pleased with his and her service. I can't thank him enough for helping me even with the other customers. As well her help and for giving such a very happy customer service. I rated this place more than I should because of the girl and the dude. Saved me time from going to another store in LA to find my babygirl and my shoes for her birthday party . I'm a very happy. read more

No wonder why they have 2 starts. Pardon my French but they're a**holes. Worse costumer service I've ever experienced in my entire life!!!!!

Prices, because I'm a frugal. However, John(assistant manager), on this Monday afternoon was very helpful. Multitasking, tending to 4 customers at the same time. The whole staff is communicating. He's tech savvy and he knows how to move customer traffic. I am purchasing 2 Nike sandals just because I live the service overall. read more

Frank didn't want to process my online return after I looked online and I said I could return my merchandise to the store and spoke to customer service who also affirmed that I could. I plan to call their DM Ryan since he's such a dick until he rectifies this situation. Complete disregard for company policy and allowing individual store discretion to take returns regardless if you have proof purchase is completely unacceptable! read more

How long does a customer need to stand at the shoe wall, with a display shoe in their hand before an employee will offer to pull a size for you? I don't know, we gave up after about 10 minutes in the store. read more

Shitty store. They should fire all employees who work here and hire new ones! None of them know a thing about shoes. I went here after seeing the online availability for a Nike 5.0 V6. I asked the staff here for the same. Not only they not know about the shoe they didn't even check their repository for the same. They are a bunch of lazy fuctards. It's a sad day when you have to be the first to review a business and give it 2 stars. I'm not saying stay away from this place or anything like that I mean I have MAD respect for Foot Locker but this one. Man. Well it's the holidays and of course it's time to buy gifts etc. My dad and I went here to look for some shoes for him. I finally hailed down an associate to ask for a size. And man did she take forever. No, it wasn't as busy of a day. You can tell because there are spaces on the benches to sit on. So she comes out with the other shoe and goes the pair is the display shoe. I asked her if they had any in the back because honestly, I don't like getting the display shoe. It's been in everyone's hands and on everyone else's feet you know. Anyway she says 'I'd have to check in the back.' I almost said WTH you been doin all this time girl?! So she disappears for 2 seconds and says there wasn't any. So I asked if she could check if they had a pair that didn't have a display at their other branch and she said, "I don't know, but maybe FootAction has it. They're on the other side of the mall" =O was my face. I tried to explain she didn't seem to know what I meant and her co-worker didn't understand either. Needless to say we left. read more
