Jaclyn C.

After being disappointed with Central Sports, I walked into this Foot Locker with my beau apparently right at closing, but we were still welcomed in to look around. Honestly one of the most friendly and helpful staff I've yet to encounter on this chain. I left with a pair of Nike Shox on sale for $80 (I'm jealous of myself!) from $120. Clean sitting area to try on, and everything looked very up to standards being stocked. I'd go back soon for sure.

Damaged sneakers

I bought these Air Force 1 sneakers for my boyfriend. He is in a wheelchair therefore these sneakers have little to no wear and tear. They came apart in 4 months. Foot locker refused to assist me due to their skimpy 45 day return policy. In fact, they refused to answer a question about a product. I posted a question regarding a product number and they sent me an email saying that my question did not meet company standards therefore they could not answer my question. It seems like they might be bootlegging their products. I would seriously reconsider buying anything from this company. They shouldn't be called Footlocker they should be called foot lacker or slacker. I filed a claim with Nike and have not heard back.

Took over half an hour to just standing on line.

Great service and a massive shoe selection, this is my favorite foot locker to go to.

Absolutely wonderful customer service! I needed a specific outfit for a gig…read more (Law and Order--humble brag lol). The young lady helped me find the items, and the young man at the register was great too. The store has a nice selection and is very neat and clean.

I shop at Gap and their Factory stores for my daughter. I typically frequent the locations Downtown…read moreBrooklyn (Fulton Street) and the Flatbush location. However, this store is by far my least favorite. The selections aren't that great, especially for girls that aren't toddlers. The employees on the ground level are welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, it seems the second level has their lower tier of employees. For one, it's difficult to even find an employee if you need assistance, but then, in my case, you see an employee, but they are rude. I was looking last week to get my daughter some t-shirts for camp that was to begin and as we are browsing an employee says "you can't touch those shirts, if you want to get one, you have to get an employee". I wasn't even touching the merchandise in any way-- we merely just glanced at it for about 5 seconds before her unnecessary comment. I was going to continue to look around elsewhere, but I was so out off by her remark, I opted to just leave instead. Safe to say I'll stick with the other two Factory stores in Brooklyn, for my future purchases. Gap, get a better selection at this store. Also, maybe ty and hire a group of employees for your second level.
