I begin to explain my concerns in depth and he was able to explain what it may be or not. He was very knowledgeable and explained things to me I was able to grasp. That's super important to me!! Our AC…read morewent down, and as most of us know, it's incredibly stressful--especially when you're worried about how long it will take and how much it's gonna cost. From the very beginning, they were responsive and genuinely focused on helping us, not just booking a service call. What really stood out was Paul, the technician. Even though he was out of town, he still took the time to help us. He patiently walked us through the issue over the phone, step by step, until we were able to get the system back online. It turned out to be a simple fix--the kind of thing an unscrupulous company would have been more than happy to turn into an expensive service call change and from there who knows... Instead, Paul chose honesty over profit. He explained what was happening, made sure we were comfortable performing the fix, and stayed on the phone until everything was working properly. That level of integrity is extremely rare and speaks volumes about both him and the company he represents. We are incredibly grateful for the above-and-beyond service and the peace of mind he/they gave us. If you want an HVAC company you can trust--one that treats customers fairly and does the right thing even when they don't have to--look no further. We will absolutely be using them again and recommending them to everyone we know. Thank you Paul & Red, White and Cool!!!
