I mainly worked with Daniel Silva and his partner, and they were over the top with their accommodations. They knew that my husband had been recently hospitalized and did not want to come home to a hot home after already feeling extremely uncomfortable. Daniel, dropped off two portable air-conditioning units to make sure that our home would be cool for when he arrived. We lost an air conditioner to Hurricane Helene. The fact it was a six-month old unit only added to the frustration. I'll spare you the saga on how we finally found Blue Bear Heating and Air to install our new AC unit, except to say it was excruciating. Brandon and his team are the best home service/repair company I have worked with in the five years we've lived in Pinellas County. And I mean any contractor. Painting, dry wall, granite, electrical, plumbing, auto repair, pet haircut). I don't do manicures but if I wanted one I bet Blue Bear could do it. Hurricane/saltwater damage to an AC often means damage to the entire system. The condenser gets wrecked, outside disconnect breaker hook up, corroded conduit wires to the breaker box. Of course that was our situation. Throughout the entire process, Brandon and Blue Bear were fantastic. They even worked with an electrical contractor we called. Brandon would make a great psychologist, because he kept me on an even keel. Too many words here, but not enough words in praise for Blue Bear Heating and Air. We contacted Blue Bear and other HVAC companies for a quote to repair or replace our current system.They came the same day and their lead technician Josh was very knowledgeable, polite and paid attention to our questions.
