I'm sharing my personal experience in hopes it helps others avoid the same situation…read more About 9 1/2 years ago, I hired Mr AC to install a Trane air conditioning system in my home. While the installation itself went smoothly, I recently discovered that the unit was never registered for its manufacturer warranty. This was extremely disappointing because Trane systems typically offer up to 10 years of warranty coverage when properly registered by the installer. Unfortunately, because the system was not registered, it is now out of warranty, and the repair costs fall entirely on me--even though the unit failed at only 9 1/2 years old. I wasn't aware that the registration hadn't been completed and had assumed the installer handled this step as he did with the upstairs AC he installed, as many reputable HVAC companies do. Learning about the missing registration only after the failure has been frustrating and costly.

I should also mention on time! He started the job in the morning and I had to go to work so he locked everything up for me, called and I was able to pay over the phone and when I arrived home later that evening I was greeted with a great smelling home and beautifully clean air vents! I am so pleased with Robert and Mr AC I will be using them in the future for any of my air conditioning unit needs!
