Was very unhappy with David's diagnosis and service to my A/C unit. He told me it was old and needed replaced. He replaced 2 compressors and charged me for parts & labor. Unit still did not work. Sent a young kid out who told me there was a loose wire, tightened and said the unit would be cooling in a couple hours which never happened. Another visit by David was told the unit was leaking freon and he would put 2 pounds of freon in the unit which may hold me over for a week, a month or for the summer. Unit still never worked!!!!! Upon returning from a trip to Alaska, the inside temp. was 91 degrees. Called another A/C company who came out immediately, said the unit was FROZEN up and needed a new relay switch. Within an hour the 11 year old unit is working fine and was told I DID NOT need a new unit at this time. Minimal charge by new company. I paid David Tucker for 3 visits only to be told I needed a new unit!!! A very unhappy customer!!! read more
