When I first contacted Jason I was unsure if he would be the right guy or company for the job. So, I did like most people would do, I asked questions. Jason answered my questions based on his many years of experience and set my mind at ease. After I felt confident he would be the right guy for the job, I explained to him my unique situation.
Jason visited the property on a Sunday, did not charge extra only his normal rate to diagnose the problem. He discovered there was a leak in the system at the condensing unit. I said it should be under warranty seeing how it was purchased and installed only 4 years ago. Jason said he would look into it.
As easy as you would think this is, it wasn't. Jason had to jump through hoops to get the manufacturer to replace our condensing unit. They made him take multiple photos of the unit and where the leak was. Multiple photos of the additional components to make sure that the entire system was previously installed properly, which it was.
However, there were still some additional challenges that had to be rectified and Jason made a promise that he would see this through and he did. It's never easy when you have to clean up another contractors mess or problem that should have been rectified years ago but Jason took on the problem head on and made sure we got a new unit ( under warranty ) and he installed it saving us at least 1.200 - 1,600 dollars.
I highly recommend Jason and his company to handle any and all HVAC projects. He's knowledgeable, prompt, transparent, and a man of his word. Hard to find these days, my wife and I have safely stored Jason's number in our phone and have already shared his number with friends.
