After Mike from Bowersox spent nearly five hours installing the new coil, Bowersox tech discovered the real problem was a leak in the Freon line that was installed under the house when it was built in 2005. Mike is returning tomorrow to run a new line through the attic. In the meantime, we've been without air conditioning for more than a week. Bowersox immediately provided us with a portable unit to keep our bedroom comfortable, and they've been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Their team has gone above and beyond -- working hard to diagnose the problem correctly and taking care of us while we wait for the permanent fix. Our refrigerant was low, our wiring was wrong, our fan speed was wrong, out thermostat was set up wrong, it is a two stage furnace but had been running as a one stage, as well as other minor issues. He fixed issues that he could. He gave us suggestions of what we need to do when we replace system. It is a Lennox high end which he said was a great brand. It is 12 years old and needs to be replacing within the next few months. I highly recommend Tri County and ask for Chase. He was patient, professional, thorough, and answered all our questions.
