Daniel came in my home and knew what was wrong within just a few minutes. He cleaned some pipe out and my air was on again! He cleaned up, went over a few things I should look for in the future and emailed me the receipt from his tablet. Very professional. I have photographic evidence documenting the incident, and I filed a police report. Rather than treating the matter with the seriousness it deserved, Daniel and Jeff, who identified themselves as co-owners, minimized my concerns. While the company's president, Bill Swanson, did apologize, I believe the conduct and response from Daniel, Jeff, Cory, Chase, and others involved were unacceptable. In addition to these concerns, I experienced service issues that left repairs incomplete or improperly performed, requiring additional work to correct. Taken together, these events have completely eroded my confidence in the company. I expect any company entering a customer's home to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, accountability, and respect for private property. Based on my experience, that did not happen. We would have to only pay for the labor to put it in, which would only take about 3 to 4 hours . They quoted us $2700 to put it in and when I questioned this amount, they said that they had to bring in special equipment and it was a very detailed install . They also wanted us to pay the money upfront before they did any work which I thought to be very odd .
