I have an Aquacal that I am not happy with (sold by my pool installation company 5 years ago), that is still under warranty. Dealing with Aquacal for warranty repairs is a nightmare - their standard time to get someone dispatched for repair is 15 BUSINESS DAYS! Don't know when they'll come, they'll call you sometime in the next 15 business days to let you know they're on the way. Oh yeah - you need to put the $285 service charge on your CC in advance. Done Right is the Aquacal warranty company in my area, and they came out in 1 day, and only charged me $155. They also got the parts covered by the Aquacal warranty. Couldn't be happier with their professionalism and responsiveness. Highly recommend them.

Later I discovered that the unit is actually under a warranty and both repair cost and part should be covered. Done Right Pool Heating provided false information and tricked me to pay for something that would be covered under warranty. I have called Done Right Pool Heating customer support to explain the situation, but Done Right Pool Heating has told me that I've never told them it is a warranty claim and refused to speak further to resolve the situation. I want to state the following facts: 1. during initial call with dispatch I have clearly said the unit is under warranty 2. I have repeated the same to technician then he showed up 3. I was told the unit is NOT under warranty and then i have must pay be aware, they would scam you into paying for something that would be otherwise covered under warranty.
