After looking at the reviews I called Green Cooling Solutions. They advertise not sending someone over who is paid by commission and I felt like if anybody, I could trust them. In the past I had a shotty company that said I needed a new system, which I did not. I got a text message from their system when they were one their way. When they arrived, I had the best experience! Daniel came in my home and knew what was wrong within just a few minutes. He cleaned some pipe out and my air was on again! He cleaned up, went over a few things I should look for in the future and emailed me the receipt from his tablet. Very professional. I would recommend this company to everyone. 11/27/2018 UPDATE: Heat went out and GCS showed up quickly and were again extremely professional. Never cleaned the filters, (2) units, in and out in 15 minutes. Said the system is creeping 10 years old, everything should be replaced. Two weeks later system failed. Called Merrill's. Prompt, courteous, informative. Replaced blower motor and review of system all good. Hard to find a company today that believes that integrity keeps customers. I do not suggest hiring this company. I hired them to replace an AC unit. I was out of town so…read morecouldnt show them the unit itself, which is located in a highrise called Oasis Grand where many AC contractors perform work. I also sent them a picture of the actual unit inside. They said they will send a tech to view an outside unit so they'll be able to identify which unit the inside actually is. I texted them to re confirm the unit and they were confident with everything & sent an invoice. I then applied for a 0 % credit offer through Eternity's program to finance the unit. I got approved after a hard credit inquiry and on the day of install, they said they cannot replace the AC unit because they dont service that type of AC unit. Instead of admitting fault, they also made excuses that the original unit was modified, etc after the tech viewed it, I then asked him to send pictures. When the pictures were not sent they said building didnt allow them in. In essence, they lied about seeing the actual unit on install day. I then asked them to assist me with reversing the hard credit inquiry and they did not respond or do anything to assist. This hard inquiry dropped my score by around 10 points! This company is very unprofessional and dis honest.
