After Mike from Bowersox spent nearly five hours installing the new coil, Bowersox tech discovered the real problem was a leak in the Freon line that was installed under the house when it was built in 2005. Mike is returning tomorrow to run a new line through the attic. In the meantime, we've been without air conditioning for more than a week. Bowersox immediately provided us with a portable unit to keep our bedroom comfortable, and they've been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Their team has gone above and beyond -- working hard to diagnose the problem correctly and taking care of us while we wait for the permanent fix.
