When I finally got someone to go out to take a look at the work that needed to be done they were "not interested". Too much thinking for them. They had done work for two condo units under me and I was asking for the same job to be done. "Not interested". But it took calling them to find out what they could do for them to tell me they weren't interested. Other reviews say they got right there to their job etc. Believe me they had to be friends of theirs. Calling this company is a big, big mistake! He also came back the following week to check on us to make sure that his work is standing up. This company, crew and owner are all about hands on quality work. Don't go with the major guys when it comes to getting work done on your house. Those companies are never hands on and the owner is in an office somewhere having people do phone calls.. no, you need the best when it comes to your house especially the air you and you're family are breathing in your home. I cannot recommend Young's air enough and i am a 14 year licensed contractor myself. So I'm a very, very tough judge on workmanship, fair pricing and passionate craftsman. I also sent them a picture of the actual unit inside. They said they will send a tech to view an outside unit so they'll be able to identify which unit the inside actually is. I texted them to re confirm the unit and they were confident with everything & sent an invoice. I then applied for a 0 % credit offer through Eternity's program to finance the unit. I got approved after a hard credit inquiry and on the day of install, they said they cannot replace the AC unit because they dont service that type of AC unit. Instead of admitting fault, they also made excuses that the original unit was modified, etc after the tech viewed it, I then asked him to send pictures. When the pictures were not sent they said building didnt allow them in. In essence, they lied about seeing the actual unit on install day. I then asked them to assist me with reversing the hard credit inquiry and they did not respond or do anything to assist. This hard inquiry dropped my score by around 10 points! This company is very unprofessional and dis honest.
