She is always so nice and brightens my day when I talk to her. Every technician that has serviced our home A/C is always punctual, polite, respectful and extremely professional. I have never felt uncomfortable being alone with them ever. I was very impressed with the most recent technician, Matt. He was explaining everything directly towards me instead of my husband. Unfortunately many men don't acknowledge a woman when her husband is in the room. He did a fast, complete and thorough job as well. I feel like they have fair pricing and don't try to oversell you anything. I definitely recommend this company.

They had great difficulty in identifying the issue (system is relatively new and digital) and had to do this over several days finally ordering a new control board. This got it working for a day and then I'd stopped again. I gave up with them and called Lennox for one of their recommendation on who is best to service. The Lennox recommended repair person was shocked at what had been done to repair the system and had to do a good deal of work to correct the issue along with a new control board due to How Birch has installed it. So in the end not only did I pay for the repair but had to pay to undo what birch had done. I did voice to birch that I was unhappy with their service but they still charged me the full amount and in the end did not repair the issue. Maybe they can handle non-lennox products or analog products but from my experience here they could not handle my system. Would have rather they said that at the start that the lack the training rather than damage the system more. I usually do not complain about such things but was very disappointed.

Never cleaned the filters, (2) units, in and out in 15 minutes. Said the system is creeping 10 years old, everything should be replaced. Two weeks later system failed. Called Merrill's. Prompt, courteous, informative. Replaced blower motor and review of system all good. Hard to find a company today that believes that integrity keeps customers. I just want to be treated fairly and Merrill's understands that. I highly recommend.

I have been a customer of 4 Seasons for I believe four years…read more My brand new system in my newly constructed home (2020) stopped cooling. I called and the tech came promptly. Is was nasty out and confirmed I had a coolant leak and probably would need a coil replacement. I was quoted a price of $4,300 ish. There was no 10 year warranty on the new construction as the contractor had not registered my system with the manufacturer. I requested and received quotes on a new system, with a 10 year warranty. Didn't want to put that much on a credit card. I took a deep breath and opted for the coil replacement. Throughout the entire process, each individual I spoke to was searching for cost lowering alternatives. At no time was there any of the "up selling" nightmares we have heard over the years. End of day, the tech came to install my $4,300 coil job. He took it upon himself to inspect the system under favorable weather conditions and repair the leak he had discovered. He literally save me thousands of dollars. I highly recommend 4 Seasons. I have never had an issue with them.
