The original pain I came in for was never addressed. They told me I didn't have a cavity, yet a year later my new dentist confirmed that I do. I also received two different quotes for the same service, and when I asked about the discrepancy, I was told it would be sorted out later. It never was. To top it off, they had me sign a payment contract while I was under sedation (not asleep but drugged on a sedation pill). I will never set foot in that office again.

Before he starts the financial person comes in and explains what my cost is and what my insurance covers. We talk about options and once we agree he immediately fixes my teeth. He takes care of my whole family. When ever I'm there he asked me about not only my life but all my kids. When my God daughter was in college going into dentistry he let her come in and observe (asking the patients permission of course).
