Now , let's talk about being fair hold yourself accountable if that's how patients time is being managed. I won't waste your time but respect the patients time as well. Upon requesting for him to go they took him to the back. 7 patients waiting on the chairs only 2 staff members and another 15 minute wait. Now, its not science but if you keep taking new patients wouldn't it make sense to have sufficient staff? This is not okay! I'm shooked how unprofessional it is. If you want to rebook wait weeks out guys avoid this place not worth it. Save your money.!

I called and requested that they look at the crown to see what happened, and they said I had to pay $100 just to have the defective crown examined. They told me there's no warranty at all on their crowns, even if it broke 1 week later!! A quality crown that is done correctly should last 15-20 years. Why go to a dentist that doesn't stand behind their work? I do not recommend.

Even though the drive from Sherman Oaks to Oxnard City is long, I still couldn't be happier with my choice. The offices are clean and organized. The doctors and staff are amazing and always greet us with a smile. My two teenagers have always been afraid of visiting the dentist. However, when we started our dental journey at Sugarbug they seemed to get more comfortable with the idea and even agreed to getting braces. Both recently graduated about a year ago from ortho and I don't think words can suffice with how happy my husband and I are with the results and care our children received! I believe we have been visiting the Oxnard location for over seven years now and have also visited one of the newer offices in Camarillo. The initial set had to be removed due to poor placement, incorrect sizing, and mismatched color. Unfortunately, the replacement set was even worse. I am now left with pain, sensitivity, uneven teeth, and visible inconsistencies--two teeth are noticeably larger and discolored. I have reached out more than 10 times to try to resolve this, but communication has been extremely poor. Once payment was made, the level of care and accountability dropped significantly. For a procedure of this cost and permanence, the results and overall experience have been completely unacceptable.
