The original pain I came in for was never addressed. They told me I didn't have a cavity, yet a year later my new dentist confirmed that I do. I also received two different quotes for the same service, and when I asked about the discrepancy, I was told it would be sorted out later. It never was. To top it off, they had me sign a payment contract while I was under sedation (not asleep but drugged on a sedation pill). I will never set foot in that office again.

Friday morning I get a call to confirm my appointment and let them know the situation. Office had the audacity to charge a $75 cancellation fee. Lady on the line was extremely unprofessional, rude, and unaccommodating and I will be finding a new dental office after coming here for over 5 years. This place will hit you with ridiculous fees.
