Food was good! The lighting was nice and calm. Some positives were: The meat was VERY HOT and came out perfectly seasoned! The buffet was restocked regularly and fresh food was put out. Something that could be improved was: Sometimes, I didn't know what meat was coming to the table. Perhaps, there could be a guide on the table that says a number and on the meat stick, a number could be presented. Some negatives were: Mashed potatoes came out a bit cold The server did not know a drink that was on THEIR website - but she asked quickly and the bartender made the drink. We visited Fogo de Chão on a Saturday with a 5:30 PM reservation. The restaurant itself was attractive, with nice decor, and wasn't overly crowded. We opted for the Best of Brazil special, which was $54 per person and included select meats, access to the Market Table, and a few hot sides (mashed potatoes, sweet plantains, and polenta fries). Since the main value of a Brazilian churrasco experience is the meats, we didn't spend much time on the sides or salad bar. Service was kind of a mixed experience. When the meat service started, it seemed like it came nonstop. It felt like we couldn't clear space on our plates before another skewer arrived. Obviously, we could have said no, but perhaps we were too excited to try everything at once. Then suddenly the flow slowed down significantly. It seems like all the meats are ready and going out at the same time and then there's a lull. A more staggered, consistent pace would have been better. At times, it was difficult to track down a server when we needed another drink or were ready to pay the bill. Also, we had to track someone down for chimichurri sauce for the meats. I was confused as to why the sauces wouldn't be put at the market table for us to get as needed. I'm sure many people weren't even aware that there were sauce options. There seemed to be periods where staff were hard to find, which was frustrating given that the restaurant wasn't especially busy. As for the food, most of the meats were just okay. Unfortunately, many cuts were overly salty, and none stood out as memorable. After sampling nearly everything, there wasn't a single meat I felt compelled to finish or order again. Actually, the standout items of the night was the grilled cheese with honey and the cheese breads, which were delicious--but that's not exactly what you're hoping to rave about at a Brazilian steakhouse. Another note - We ran into friends dining in a different section of the restaurant and sat with them for a bit. Their experience was noticeably different from ours. The meat service in their section was much slower, with less variety coming around, and they got the more expensive experience. One person at the table repeatedly requested pork belly and waited quite a while before eventually receiving a plate of the requested meat. At another point, a person came over with a sirloin, offered it to one person and ignored the rest of the table. They tried to flag him down but were unsuccessful. It made me wonder whether the experience varies depending on where you're seated in the restaurant. Also, you really begin to lose track of the meats so when you pay more for a larger selection you really need to make sure you are getting those additional meats at your table. By the end of our meal, we spent about $90 per person with 2 drinks each, tax, and tip. I didn't feel the value matched the price. I also felt bad about the amount of food that went uneaten. With this style of dining, if you receive a cut you don't enjoy, there's only so much you can eat before food ends up wasted. For me, this was a finer one-time experience, but not somewhere I'd return. If I'm spending that kind of money for meat, I'd rather visit a quality steakhouse, enjoy a great steak, and even have leftovers for the next day. While the restaurant itself is attractive and the concept is fun to try once, the food wasn't memorable. Overall, I'd rate it 3 out of 5 stars. Went with my family of 4 and we all got the FULL CHURRASCO for $74 per person. It's a pretty hearty price tag so you better go hungry and get your money's worth. We all loved the hot cheese drizzled with honey. The cold bar has a good selection, personally, I like my vegetables hot so this didn't do much for me. Everyone had a good experience trying different meats and it really comes down to personal preference for your favorite cut. I do think that this location is better than the one I've tried in New York so kudos to them. If you know me then you know Fogo as a whole is a top 5 spot for me. So I was OVERJOYED when 1) my cousin gifted both me and Drusband (please see previous review as I will not elaborate) Fogo gift cards for Xmas, and 2) Drusband suggested we celebrate our 18th anniversary here. This may also factor heavily into why he's my fave person but that's neither here nor there. We had a res for 12 o'clock weekend brunch. There's just something about beef rib with a side of made-to-order omelette that can't be beat. In my side hustle I grade middle school standardized tests. Our instructions are to grade ::holistically:: such that we look for what is done well and don't let a couple of errors that don't disrupt meaning tank the score. This was our experience at Fogo Sunday - some odd things but an overall fantastic experience that will keep us coming back: We had an Open Table at 12 yet were somehow seated behind walk-ins. When we were finally seated the hostess was super attentive to my seating requests - you know Mands DOES NOT DO arms with chairs. She got us a prime banquette seat right by the salad bar. Drusband ordered a pour of McCallan 15 and it came back on the rocks. When we got that fixed a manager brought out the bottle and did a tableside pour. We love to see it. Fogo I love you but yall be keeping that beef rib under lock and key. I requested it and got a plate served directly to me. I'll allow it. We asked our waiter to take our pic and attentive staff asked what we're celebrating - got our fave cheesecake as a gift. Was the experience seamless? Nah. Was it amazing all the same? Absolutely. The meats were delicious, the salad bar was fresh, the woman making the omelettes was ::on it:: and the staff was eagle-eyed. Also, we tore that cheesecake up last night. My family and I came for a meal because we had just experienced a difficult death in our family. After a few days of being cooped up in the house, we decided to go out to dinner. Service started off good for the first 20 minutes. We ordered the Full Churrasco Experience, and after getting our sides from the Market Table and Feijoada Bar, servers came to our table about five separate times. We didn't take meat during some of those rounds, waiting to see what else they may have brought out, but after that it was radio silence. We sat for over 25 minutes without anyone coming by. They completely bypassed our table. No one came to offer meat, clear our plates, or even check in to see if we needed drink refills. Some of our plates started to pile up after eating some of the warm sides like the pão de queijo, caramelized bananas, crispy yuca fries, and garlic mashed potatoes. We were distracted with conversation, but after about 15 minutes I realized I was actually getting hungry. I thought to myself, why am I hungry at a restaurant where they're supposed to continuously serve meat, and I had disc flipped on the green side. I spent the next 10 minutes observing to see if maybe there was an issue with the kitchen, but there wasn't. I could clearly see servers coming out with meat nonstop, they just were not coming to us. We were seated further into the restaurant, the booth adjacent to the Feijoada Bar, and it made it very easy for them to overlook our table. The table next to us had already left about 15 minutes after we were seated, so I guess there was not much reason for them to come to our table. I eventually had to WAVE a server down and ask if there was a limit to how much meat we were allowed to have, and he said no. While I was speaking to him, two servers came out of the kitchen with meat, bypassed walking past us, and walked into a room to serve other guests. I even pointed it out to him. After I raised my concerns, the manager stopped by our table to apologize. Then an unlimited amount of servers started to come by our table with meat. At that point, what was left of our warm sides were cold and the experience was already disappointing, and I was pretty much ready to leave. The food was okay. I did really like the pão de queijo and garlic mashed potatoes. But I think that this restaurant mainly focuses on meat, and the meat itself was not outstanding enough for it to have more of a lasting impression on me, than the sides. The quality of the food was good, which is why I did not give a one star rating. I liked the roasted eggplant from the Market Table section. But there was not much flavor in the Feijoada, I'm not sure if it was actually Feijoada or just black beans. For that to be Brazil's national dish, and one of my favorites, it was pretty understated here. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated, but the service is ice cold! They could definitely improve on their service. On top of that, some of the servers didn't even know what they were serving. I would ask, and they would say they weren't sure. 2.75 stars. It was slightly below average especially given its reputation. Service was disjointed as servers switched mid dinner. They were friendly though but sometimes hard to flag down. Menu options were average. 1. Sea bass - Good sized portion. A bit overcooked but it was still flavorful given the fish. 2. Wagyu Ribeye (Ancho) - Split between three people. Good portion size. Comes on a salt block to keep cooking. Some pieces were medium well and some were the medium as ordered. 3. Creme Brulee Cheesecake - 10/10 here. I would come back only for this cheesecake. They did a great job being creative and loading it with flavor and good cheesecake texture. 4. Lava cake - Ice cream melted way too fast. Cake was soggy. "Lava" was too thick. Had way better versions elsewhere. 5. Creme brulee - Terrible. Probably one of the worst ones I've had. The shell was too thick. Didn't crack when you hit the spoon on top. The cream was too thick and tasted like egg yolk. Definitely skip this one. Overall, not a great first impression besides the Creme Brulee Cheesecake. I love me a good rodizio. I mean LOVE. Fogo de Chao opened near me and had been wanting to go. My wife is awesome and took me for my birthday recently. We were promptly seated and the waitress was great about explaining how things worked in terms of their menu. Always appreciate this since rodizio places have their nuance with what is or isn't included, etc. They have two rodizio experiences. Biggest differences are that the less expensive version does not include a starter/appetizer or dessert. Otherwise, both include the salad bar which has hot and cold offerings like rice, beans, salad, cheese, etc. PLUS yuca, fried bananas, and mashed potatoes served to your table with your meal. The cuts of meat served were delicious. Bacon wrapped sirolin, filet, chicken thigh, sausage, among others. What was hard to decipher sometimes was if they had other cuts of meat to offer and we didn't know about them? Would be nice to know exactly what we should expect to see/get so that we can plan accordingly if you will. Needless to say, my wife and I were in a food coma when we were done. Everything was so delicious. We ordered crab cake as our starter and it was really good. The mayo it was served with was particularly good. My 4-star review is honestly nitpicking at the knowledge of the meat selection, nothing more. The service was great. I had a slightly different experience at this Fogo de Chao branch, compared to the one in DC. I would say the occupancy matters A LOT when it comes down to service. We came on a Saturday evening and it was PACKED. We even put our reservation down on OpenTable for 7, and eventually got seated by 8:10p even though they confirmed the times with us over the phone :( Once we were seated at a makeshift table, the meat service was even slower. Our cards were flipped green but we were consistently overlooked by the perimeter tables, and at some point had to flag down a waiter to get any meat. I would rate the food fantastically. The self serve bar is complete, and pairs well with all the menu items. Even when we were able to get some meat, it was cooked well. I do understand that a busy dinner time can impact service, but it definitely didn't leave a good impression, especially when we reserved weeks in advance for a birthday. I would recommend coming here, but on a less crowded day if you're able. read more

I had a party of 6 on Mother's Day. The place was packed as expected but if a restaurant decides to charge dinner prices because it's a holiday, why are you serving brunch at the salad bar? It makes no sense to charge people $74 a person for what you normal charge only $38 for. And...they were not replenishing the salad bar fast enough and the variety of meats was lacking. I was highly disappointed. The waffles were not being freshly made. There was one person for the omelette station with a packed restaurant. The website says a braised short rib hash and yogurt parfait for brunch. That was not an option for us. I definitely would not come here on a holiday. You get over charged for a mediocre meal. The only good thing was the waiter and servers. They were very pleasant. read more

When something happens once- you take it to be random. When it happens on 3 different occasions- it's a pattern. I stopped in to sit at the bar, grab a drink and a quick bite to eat . I was hesitant to go here bc on 2 different occasions by myself in the past the service at the bar wasn't great. (Basically not attentive- or doing the basic acknowledgments- as in I have to flag bartender down every time I needed something vs him asking.) I tried again today. There were 3 groups (total 7 ppl) seated at bar/ bartender didn't acknowledge me when I was sitting there. Figured he might not have seen me right away. (I was the only female) However he Kept going around to other groups to see what they wanted and take care of their orders- I was patient. After over 10 min of waiting I just asked another server for the menu. I even waited for the bartender to finish with the other groups and he still wouldn't acknowlede me. He walked past me like 5 times and would not even look in my direction so that I could get his attention. Like I said if this was the only time- then I would chalk it up to a fluke. I don't know about the serve staff - I've never had dinner there. but they need better bartenders. if they are so busy handling the bar and table orders then they need more staff to help w the load. Clearly they don't need my business. As a solo diner, it was frustrating and upsetting to be ignored. (Maybe they only like groups?) I got tired of waiting - got up and left and went next door. Beautiful restaurant, attentive service, and delicious food with generous servings. I was invited by a friend who has dined at this location many times. She knew exactly what would make my first experience memorable which involved ordering the full churrasco. All types and cuts of meat continued to be freshly carved at our table as long as we had room in our stomach to fit it in. The meat just kept coming, and I'm talking ribeye, roasted chicken, lamb chops, sirloin, etc. I was told to bring my appetite, yet I remained unprepared for what was to come and also what kept coming. Prior to the churrasco, we enjoyed the market table which was like a mini market of fruits, veggies, salads and a variety of fixings. One could fill up just on that alone, but then you would miss out on the best part. And for dessert, I ordered their crème brulee. Everything was very good; some of the meats I enjoyed more than others, but how great it was to be offered so many options. I look forward to returning and doing it all over again. read more

2nd Visit Update - 12 Guests, High Expectations, Mixed Results The food is still as delicious as my first visit--no change there. But with a full house and a bigger group, the cracks in the system showed fast. I upgraded to the Premium cuts higher price with the lobster tail. Tail is tiny. Spoiler: There's no guarantee you'll actually get those cuts. Unless you know exactly what to look for and ask (and chase the servers down), the "premium" meats never make it to your table. It feels like a gimmick--pay more, hope for the best. Shouldn't be this way. Service collapsed under pressure: - Random drinks appeared that no one ordered. - Plates circled the table with zero tracking of who got what. - The bill was a minefield--we caught charges for items we never received or ordered. - We couldn't understand what our server was saying, nice guy but he was as confused as we were. - Only reason it remains a 3 Star review is the staff is still friendly food is still delicious; you have to figure out your weaknesses and fix it. Can't sugar coat it. Bottom line: They simply can't handle volume. Come on a quiet night and you'll leave happy. Bring a crowd and its chaos. Until they fix the system they have, I'm hitting pause on big parties here. read more

Our server was very attentive and friendly. Unfortunately the drink service took a lengthy amount of time and we had to ask for updates on our drinks a few times. The salad bar offered a wide variety of items, but it's a little chaotic with the amount of people. The included sides were a nice touch. The churrasco experience was enjoyable overall, but the downside was the repetitive selections. For years I have heard of Fogo de Chao. Going had been out of the way or it always seemed expensive when discussing plans to go. Finally someone wanted to go with me, they had enjoyed another location, and were excited to go to this one. However it just left us dissatisfied. What we did was this all you can eat meat sort of deal. I don't remember what it's called but it included workers walking around with cooked meat on skewers, freshly slicing various meats for you. There was a buffet bar with like cheese, salads, rice, beans, whatever else that would actually pair nice with the meat that was also included. Many recommend skipping the buffet bar to get your money's worth from the meats at a place like this. I disagree because I'd get dehydrated, or there's a lot of sodium and fats that need a bit more. Although the buffet bar is designed to fill you up instead of you taking in the meats that really cost them to prepare. Can also drink water to minimize sodium, but again it fills you quickly. With the included bar, I actually did enjoy my food. As mentioned it is a lot of salts and fats and it just disagrees with me. But it was a good meal. Most of the complaints actually came from the service or lack thereof. There was at times an influx of 6 waiters coming around with fresh skewers, and then 20 or 30 minutes of nothing coming around. When you have meat pieces, you take maybe 2 or 3 before wanting them to slow down bringing it. But to stop even offering meat when we paid for an all you can eat? That's just disrespect or greedy. I was there maybe 2 hours and only received 4 or 5 pieces. I should mention I did decline pork meats as I don't eat that but still it was a lot of money for very little. I did fill up on the buffet bar but it's partially because they didn't bring anything out. Even after that, we asked for the bill and maybe a box to box the complimentary bread or bananas they put on the table for everyone. We were sitting next to the machine that prints out the bills and after asking for the bill, we never saw our waitress again nor did we get the bill. 20 minutes go by and whoever I was with had to stare grudgingly at the manager for us to be brought our bill. He did comment to the manager directly that he was dissatisfied with this and that. The manager just brushed it off like nothing was wrong. It was almost like they he didn't hear the complaints spoken to him. Lastly, we ended up splitting the bill. They write the suggested tip for the table bill on each split bill. Whoever I was with paid an 18% tip as he followed the suggested tip. I was about to give it another 18% totalling 36% of the meal if we had not caught that. People can pay 36% if they want but I just wanted to split the the 18%. I feel like this is done on purpose to trick people into giving more which lines up with the service being so low quality so might as well trick you too. Overall it gets 2 stars as the food isn't bad. It's actually a good experience if you enjoy various meats. I just feel this location is mismanaged or disorganized. This was my first visit to Fogo de Chão so I can't compare to other locations but I have been to other Rodizio restaurants in the past. I would say that for someone that isn't a huge meat eater, the options here were more than sufficient. I booked a reservation when they had the option for a discounted menu, "Best of Brazil," in which you don't get all of the premium cuts but honestly it was more than enough for my group and me. We got to try lots of different meats and I felt it was good quality and worth it for the price. However, looking at the full price cost, I am not sure that I would come back because it doesn't seem that it is worth it. The salad bar/"Market Table" is smaller than other places I have been to, but again, I think there were still more options than most people would know what to do with. Very inviting when you first walk in, pretty Christmas tree, sitting area with great bar and big comfy chairs and places to sit. We were seated immediately and waiter came promptly which I didn't expect due to the crowds or the reviews I read in the car on the way there. We're told to go to the market table, a large charcuterie of sorts, everything from meats & cheeses, to salmon & couscous and prepared salads to soup. They give you cards with red (no) and green (yes) on either side to let the servers know if you'd like meat or not. The servers come continuously with huge skewers, that they cut meats from & you peel onto your plate; beef cuts like Picanha (sirloin), Filet Mignon, Alcatra (top sirloin), Beef Ancho (ribeye), and Fraldinha (flank steak), alongside pork, lamb, and chicken (bacon wrapped). The Picanha is their signature cut - melted in my mouth, so delicious and flavorful. That was my favorite, followed by the lamb and the chicken (which surprised me, I usually never like chicken, this was bacon wrapped and so juicy) They also came with pork belly, although about to burst at the seams I tried it, so good & glad I did, tender and juicy. We had our neice with us who loved the experience so much, she is 8. Aside from the beef (all of it) her favorite was the dragon fruit from the market table (she ate most of what was there) I'd go back, skip the market table and go for the meats, it's the only way you'd get the bang for your buck. Very disappointed with our recent experience at Chago de Fogo in Bridgewater. I took my wife there for a belated Mother's Day lunch expecting a special afternoon, but unfortunately the service from the Gaúchos completely ruined the experience. We were seated in a cozy corner, and while the wait staff were extremely attentive and professional throughout the meal, the Gaúchos repeatedly overlooked our table. They seemed far more focused on the larger tables and rarely came by with meat selections. After a long wait, I mentioned it to our waiter, who addressed it and finally got someone to come over. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again shortly after. I even spoke with a supervisor because we were continually being skipped over. When they finally did return, it was mostly the same cuts we had already received earlier, and we had to specifically ask for more variety. As the restaurant became busier, our table was once again ignored. Even when I tried to politely wave for attention, the Gaúchos either rushed past us toward the kitchen or appeared to have run out of meat entirely. To be clear, the food quality itself was very good, the ambiance was nice, and the regular wait staff truly tried their best. I did not reduce the tip because I didn't want to penalize the people who were actually working hard. But spending roughly $150 for a failed Mother's Day celebration was extremely disappointing. Look, I absolutely hate giving negative reviews. I don't come in here to trash places. This place was very bad in every way. Problems started as soon as we walked in. If you don't want read this: DO NOT COME HERE! Over priced and it's crappy food and service. It is more expensive than most NYC higher end establishments. Service: A women who was leaving as we entered said told us this place was horrible. We shrugged it off. I checked in advising the host we had reservations, who promised to seat us momentarily. He then seated 3 groups who come in after us, some of whom did not have reservations. Again, I shrugged it off as a simple error. Service story 2: my wife, daughter and I ordered the Full Churrasco ($73 per person). We were celebrating my son's 16th birthday, he got a wagyu ribeye ($180). After returning from the salad bar, my daughter found a bug in the lettuce. We alerted the waitress. She took the lettuce without a word. She came back and asked us where this happened because the manager wanted to know. Weird, usually the manager comes over to offer at best, an apology. But no apology from anyone. Minutes later, my wife uncovers an eyelash (we hope, cuz the alternative isn't a nice thought) in the salad bar rice. The same thing happened, the waitress took it with no apology. Crazy!! Food: We had waiters approach us with all styles of meats offered. Most of which was steak. However, they were over-seasoned or under seasoned. Some were extremely chewy. The pork and chicken were so dry it wasn't editable. I did not say anything. Given the responses (or lack of) received from finding contaminants in the salad bar, I didn't want to get myself more aggravated. My son's steak was very good thankfully. I am sure I would have said something if 100% of our food sucked. Prices: We ordered zero alcoholic drinks and still spent over $500 for the 4 of us. We can go to wonderful restaurants in NYC spend less and get far better on both fronts. The next time I want steak, that's where I will go. Avoid at all costs. We came here for the weekend brunch which included a very limited selection of meats (not the full selection offered at dinner), the whole salad bar, and an omelette station. The price for this, while very expensive, is still less than the dinner menu price, thus the limited meat selection they offer. The restaurant is located in the mall and there is ample parking but super crowded which made finding a spot difficult. The restaurant is very nice and clean and the staff is friendly, open to explaining how the restaurant works and the selections that will be coming out. The salad bar was very appealing with huge choices and options. Those who know my reviews know I am NOT a fan of salad bars. While this bar is very nice, they didn't have enough of a sneeze guard to protect its selections. Once the meat starts rolling, the salad bar is a forgotten memory. The different cuts of meat and chicken were delicious. Fatty, salty and filling. In terms of the selection, at times, if the table right before you finishes all the meat on the skewer, you might miss that option. However, the manager does come over at times and if you are looking for a specific meat choice, he will have the cutter come back to your table. Due to the time we came in for the brunch and the fact there is no time limit and absolutely no rush to leave, we crossed over into the dinner menu which opened up the different meat selections. Despite the fact that they knew we were on the limited menu, the servers still came to us with the new meats and there was no problem at all expanding what we sampled. The food here is delicious. But, the next day you will swell up from all the salt the food has. The price is so expensive that this is not a place you come to for a quick meal. This is a place you plan for and save up for. After two visits, I feel that it's fair for me to give them a two stars out of five. The first visit was for a dinner. The service was meh, considering we paid so much per person for dinner. The food at the open market table was ok. The meat was surprisingly dry. Then the second visit was a very disappointing lunch. We were given a tight corner table even though I had a reservation and asked the host to sit us in a better spot but he refused. While the server this time was friendly, he never came by to fill our water. The food at the open bar was fresh but bland. After the dry meat experience from the first time, we ordered the single cut, which was the bottom sirloin. Man, it was soooo salty that I felt like my lips were burnt by the salt. The worst part of the lunch was this girl with a bad attitude came over to take care of our bill and she screwed it all up. She billed us the charge of the next table and gave us wrong bills to sign after saying that she voided the wrong charge. Long story short, the manager had to come over to fix things. We will definitely not coming back again. After all these bad reviews left by people and apologies by their business customer service representatives with promises of making things better, and they have been in business for a year, you would think that they would have straighten things out. My party of 7 visited Fogo on a Sunday evening for a 8:15pm reservation. The restaurant was quite lively and busy, with loud chatter throughout the whole restaurant. We decided to go with the Best of Brazil menu that is currently being offered for $44 (compared to $70 for the full menu), which comes with a subset of meats and the Market Table and Feijoada Bar. We also ordered a few cocktails and mocktails. The table side service of the meats was a bit slow at times and even after asking our waitress for a specific cut, it took over 20 minutes for a server to arrive with the meat. Some of the medium rare meat we asked for were also clearly on the raw end. There was a wide and fresh selection of offerings at the Market Table and Feijoada Bar, including some seasonal offerings. The Brazilian side dishes brought to the table were also enjoyed by the party. While there were a number of wait staff servicing our table, we continuously had to ask for water refills throughout the night and it took extended periods of time waiting for the dessert menu, side dish refills, meat, etc. One of the serves, also spilled some juices from the meat on the clothes and shoes of two members of my party, which was a bit disappointing. - Be sure to make a reservation, as walk in wait times may be long / tables not available read more

The rodizio is fantastic but one of the meats was a little raw even for me (medium rare is ideal) but happy with pace of food service and our waitress was great and gave us free dessert (albiet that was a 45 min wait) I know it's only a couple months open so some kinks being worked out. We came for brunch on a Sunday and it was very busy. Book a table ahead of time. The non meat buffet is vast and great options of food you might not have often. This visit was a major improvement over our previous visit. The manager was very accommodating and the waitstaff was attentive. The food is delicious and we were able to request the cuts we wanted that weren't coming out of the kitchen. The Ribeye was incredible, but we had to request it specifically and at these prices, it should be on regular rotation. The bacon wrapped filet was so tasty and tender and the garlic steak was one of my favorites. We weren't fans of the bottom sirloin or the pork belly, but that is a personal preference. There was so much else to eat, we just passed on those the next go round. Others in our party loved the chicken thighs, sausage and bacon wrapped chicken breast, but I didn't have those. Only thing I missed was the ribs, which I thought they had last time and was a favorite, but they never came out and by the time we realized it we were too full to take another bite! The market bar was wonderful, but wish it had more fish choices like a seafood salad or boiled shrimp, which I thought I remembered they had before. The birthday girl was treated to a dessert, which was a fabulous Tres Leche cake, but we were all too full to finish it for her when she was only able to take a few bites! The only real negative was as man in a suit who was circling the restaurant over and over at a very quick pace. It became creepy. He walked by me and I asked him something, but he turned to give the waitress nearby a not so nice look and the staff froze, what to me looked like in fear! Not sure if he was security or someone of high ranking importance, but his demeanor and movements made us all nervous through dinner, in an otherwise pleasant atmosphere. Came here a couple of weeks ago and got their Rodizio for two. We arrived an hour before closing and honestly would have preferred if they did not seat us. They sat us in the corner and practically forgot about us. Waitress was preoccupied the whole time with bussing tables, and sweeping the floor. Forgot the drinks we had ordered. The meat carvers came by five (5) times in total, twice with same dry chicken. The only saving grace for this meal was their salad bar, but even so, felt like a complete rip off to pay $50+ per person for unlimited salad. Thankfully, found this local Rodizio spot called Paulos BBQ near our home in Plainfield, NJ, which is 10 times better than this place. I don't know it it's location or the fact that they have expanded, but I've visited the Wayne and bridgewater locations and it felt like an all you can eat buffet, the ambiance leaves a lot to be desired. Extremely over priced for the service or food quality. After an almost $500 tab for 4 people, the feeling should not be one of dissatisfaction. Been there, done that and can assure you, will not be doing this again. Toca Vez in Basking Ridge, Roots in Morristown or Witherspoon in Princeton are way better choices for steakhouses that will leave you wanting to go back. read more
