Review Highlights - Fogbuster Coffee Works

I have tried many of their blends and currently Holy Smokes is my favorite, although RIver Blend, Black Bear, and Fog Buster are all truly top shelf blends as well.

I caught this place on my way out of Greenfield and boy am I glad I stopped. These are easily the…read morebest donuts I've had in this state. I bought about 7 to try. I started with the cruller on the drive which was excellent, crispy on the edges, just the right amount of sweet. I brought the rest (strawberry sprinkle, apple cider, glazed) home for the family to try and each one was distinct and well made. You can tell these are freshly made each day. I picked up around noon (they close at 12:30) and then I feel like I got the first batch from the top of the morning. Please give this small local business a try when you're in the Greenfield area.

I'm very very particular about donuts and have been endlessly disappointed by what's available…read morelocally. But Adams Donut is THE donut shop!! It's such a cute little place with friendly staff. Donuts that are airy, soft, not too sweet, large, priced reasonably, and honestly just *perfect* are what you'll find here. The chocolate frosted actually tastes like chocolate, the cinnamon roll is enormous and honestly why keep reading when you could be eating the best donuts in New England (I said what I said)? I live 45 mins away and will be frequenting often! I can't emphasize how incredible these donuts are!! I am going to inhale this dozen in a day at this rate. I only wish it were open later hours, highly highly recommend!

For breakfast I ordered a 3 egg omelette with cheese and tomatoes, home fries, coffee and a side of…read morehash. The food was excellent. The people were friendly and pleasant Terrific corned beef hash in particular. But my bill came to $28 with no tax in a place where you go order, get your silverware, pour your own coffee, bus your table, so not full serve. Not that it's an issue at all, but I wanted to give an accurate description. So why 3 stars? Maybe it's me. Maybe I'm just a crotchety almost old man, but $28 seems to be exorbitant without tip. If I'm wrong then It should be four stars.

Stumbled upon this neighborhood cafe by shear luck. Service was awesome, everyone so friendly as…read moreyou find in neighborhood places. We had eggs, hash and biscuits. Hash was homemade and outstanding! Extra crispy and flavorful. Biscuits were homemade buttermilk and about as good as homemade buttermilk biscuits can get. My husband had coffee which he said was very good (which is high praise from him). I had a small hot chocolate. Do yourself a favor, if you get the hot chocolate, make it a large. Hands down the best I've ever tasted. Light, frothy and Ghirardelli chocolate, need I say more? We saw the pancakes and they are dinner plate sized. The place is unassuming and comfortable, games to play at your table to keep the kids busy. Local artwork for sale. The owner was at the register and he shared the story of how the place came to be. Ask if you meet him, pretty cool and I'm glad they survived their first year. You order at the register and they bring the food to your table. Def stop if you are in the area. We love supporting small business.
