Gluten friendly bagels…read more Hear me out here when I say, there are no words to describe how amazing these are. Homemade, scratch bagels, gluten removed, light, fluffy, soft, squishy. I used to be able to eat their regular bagels, but now I'm gluten free, I have an intolerance. My husband and I travel (sometimes very far) in search of the best gluten free products. (We have flown to Nevada, twice, to get our favorite gluten free pizza). I had a plain gluten friendly bagel with scallion cream cheese (homemade as well) and it was so delicious, not even overly chewy! The gentleman working gave me a sample of the cream cheese and it was delicious- had to buy it!
