I drive from Greenfield to get a dozen and their creamy cream cheese. Not easy to find boiled bagels. So plump and chewy. The perfect begal.

I requested them as they were (not cut). They came cut. The garlic and cheese was good and fresh, the other 2 got stale after a day.

Holy marsupials, Mavis! The madness inside of Tandem Bagel Company is like a live disco party --…read morefeaturing the queen of disco: Billie Eilish! Upon arrival, the line was out the door. I waited to get to the counter. It was approximately 20 minutes long. Not too shabby... Yet slightly annoying -- yes, indeed. But I am practicing on being a more patient person, so this was a good exercise for me, personally. Ok -- so, I ordered a standard bagel sandwich off of their menu, bacon, egg & blue cheese sandwich (yes -- a bit gluttonous, thank you), the bagel sandwich did not meet my grubby paws until nearly 37 minutes after I placed the order to go. Deep breath: just practice that patience, chris c. Practice that patience!!! So buyer beware: if you are considering chowing down at tandem bagel company, it is a Very popular bagel shop with long-long-longy wait times for all da things -- service, coffee, food. Staff was super friendly + sorta funny at times. They were nice. One staffer made me laugh out loud, like: LOL. Good times. Coffee wuz warm for my throat + face. The gluttonous bagel was meh, meh, meh -- 'twas a heap of things to chew on, Harriet. Spacious atmosphere - however, nearly every seat was taken, at least on the specific Saturday morning I visited & roamed the interior footprint of the Tandem Bagel Company. So Buyer Beware. K? Phoebe -- tell ur uncle Leroy 'bout dis.

Food- 4/5 Overall experience- 5/5…read more It was a fun spot to stop at to break up our drive back to Boston. The lot was small but many people were coming in and out so we didn't have to wait long to get a parking spot or outdoor seating. There are two shops: the deli and market with different vibes and items inside. The market is a quick shop with some snacks, drinks, coffee, and knickknacks. The deli is where the hot/cooked foods are at with some other specialty foods. The food was overall ok, nothing noteworthy. The main attraction is their Mac and cheese that had been circulating my IG feed. Don't think it's life changing but the shops have curated selections of local goods that are reasonable priced to get some last minute treats. Pass on the general tso(?) and the potstickers in my opinion unless you're really craving it. The desserts looked amazing and would definitely get one next time

We were able to get a spot in front with no issue, but I imagine that this was because it was a week day. We chose the Mac and cheese and the maple pulled pork. Both were worth the hype in my opinion. The mac and cheese was super creamy and paired well with the tender pulled pork. The baked goods were nothing to write home about. Maybe we just chose the wrong items? We tried: Oatmeal cookie - good, but not amazing. Chocolate chunk/ peanut butter cookie - stale as heck and basically inedible. I always am leery of saran wrapped cookies that are out on display because its impossible to know if there are actually fresh. The giant stacks of cookies were too enticing to pass up on. The chocolate cookie we purchased was definitely not fresh at all. $3.29 down the tubes - lesson on saran wrapped cookies learned (again). Carrot cake whoopie pie and original whoopie pie - both tasty, but the cake was too thick for my personal liking. We sat in the small outdoor seating area to eat. This was a nice little reprieve from the car ride.
