    Maple Latte

Walking through Thorns Marketplace I stopped here for a latte. I ordered a maple latte and it was delicious! It was a pricey $7 but worth the treat on a cold day! The staff was friendly also.

Share Northampton is a pretty nice coffee shop. Because it's in the Thornes lobby, it's not really an ideal place to meet people or study or anything like that unlike their Amherst location which is a study-spot favorite of mine. Share Noho just has a few small circular tables next to their pickup counter where anyone just shopping around in Thornes can sit down. Their coffee is pretty good, but I do prefer Tart coffee. What I am a huge fan of is their soups. I came in when I was sick once and got their cheddar basil tomato soup. I've been hooked ever since and get their soup almost weekly. The soup selection is a bit random so if you want a specific one, you should probably call ahead. They usually offer two different soups a day. I've tried their chicken noodle, tomato, lentil... all amazing and surprisingly very filling. But as far as things like baguettes and other baked goods, I'd rather go to woodstar or tart.

As delicious as it looks. ?

BEST coffee in town always with an amazing staff (cold brew on nitro is superb). Fun location being right in the middle of Thornes Marketplace (great to sit and people watch). Their pastries are all made fresh and are always delicious. Can't beat Share.

As far as coffee goes, Share has some of the best coffee in the state. Excellent high quality espresso.

This means, that the coffee you get here is going to be Catalpa roasted beans, but with a higher selection of "fancy" pastries. (The apricot croissant I had was very very delicious. ) I do not love Catalpa espresso as much as Shelburne Falls coffee, because it has a very sweet taste with a bitter finish, I prefer something that is more of an earthy or mellow light roast. Just smelling the ground coffee makes you think of something flowery and sharp. They have limited breakfast sandwiches and a few drink specials that remind me of what they have over at Catalpa . Unfortunately, because all three stores are linked, that means none of them have soy milk anymore, which is my go to espresso add-in. It is even still on the sign at the counter. The staff is friendly, and it's at a nice spot near where Shelburne Falls used to be. Their main advertisement is their croissant, so four stars for having a super delicious croissant. For not having any seating, and advertising soy milk and having any, one star deduction.

Got an almond croissant and it was very dark on the bottom - so disappointed. Cookies were good but expensive. They used to have such a variety of pastries and other baked goods. Now, it is hit or miss. Whomever is baking the croissants needs some training. Got a spinach feta croissant which used to be a favorite of ours, but was almost black on the bottom/inedible. Looked ok in the case. So sad this bakery no longer lives up to the standards it set in the past.
