I was only waiting for maybe 60 seconds before a gentleman came and checked me in. I explained my situation with having a nail in my tire but not wanting to purchase 4 tires since it's an AWD. Gentleman went over all the things that they'll look for to just do a tire repair and not have to replace. He also said they'd check to make sure they could just do the 1 tire before doing anything if the tire couldn't just be repaired. Perfect! Ends up being the gentleman that helped me wasn't even working that day and was just being nice and helped me sooner so I didn't have to wait in line. A+ customer service. They ended up being able to repair my tire so no replacements. I think this shows a legit community business that didn't try to push the most expensive route and instead just did the right thing. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Prices appear to average below blue book estimates, but still great quality and know their stuff. Ben (manager) does a fantastic job! The passenger side is the one that doesn't clean the whole window also my air filter and I went and bought one and realize that they just changed it two oil changes ago and it's supposed to last for 2 years. What are they trying to do to us. Last time I was there it cost me a $400 battery. It worked fine when I drove in and couldn't start it when I was leaving. So I was at their Mercy. My car is old and I never would have put a $400 battery in it. Just saying I think they're trying to find things wrong with your car hoping you're not going to investigate. Never going back. Oh on top of that on Facebook there is a coupon for 1999 oil change and turns out it was $49.99 and I did make the appointment via Facebook.

I have never wrote a review before in my life but this experience was so terrible that I feel like…read moreI needed to. Had my car towed there to get fixed because it wasn't running properly. Colon proceeds to call me back to say the mechanic looked at the car and said nothing was wrong with it and it was ready for pickup. So I drive an hour to come pick it up and he has to jump start the car to start it and as soon as it starts it still has the same exact idling issue that it had before and won't even drive and it still has the same check engine light code that it had before. He then just leaves without saying a word and we were left with a dead undrivable car. I understand being busy but to just straight up lie to me and say the mechanic looked at it and it's all good after I paid to have it towed to your shop is ridiculous! If I could leave less than a star review I would! Please don't ever bring your car here if you actually want a mechanic to fix it!!!

Even got my sister to go here too, and she likes them just as much! BUT. I cannot give them 5 stars in good conscience because THERE IS NO WAITING ROOM TO SPEAK OF at this location. They have literally one janky chair parked in the main area in front of their ATM machine, so there's literally nowhere to wait for what could be (for some of us) hours, waiting for the repairs to be completed. Come on guys, you could EASILY add on a customer waiting room to the east side of your facility, eh? You do great work, but some of your customers don't have the luxury of having someone able to pick us up while we're waiting, and bring us back later. Do your customers a solid, and ADD A WAITING ROOM! (and restroom!)

Neighborhood gas and service station, but I will not buy my gas here ever again…read more I've been putting gas in my car using pick n save loyalty points, for many years. I ran the pump which had signed in and confirmed my loyalty discount at .10 a gallon for regular gas. I only use regular in my car. I filled up over 16 gallons and looked at the price of $71.44 !!! Shocked I discussed with Wally at counter, he said nothing he can do. You must've hit the wrong buttons. Come back tomorrow and talk to the owner. So I did. He said maybe the hose hit the premium button when you dragged it to the car? That happens sometimes. I said no... the pump confirmed my loyalty discount at $3.39 a gallon and THEN I filled up. He said well there's nothing I can do... you got premium gas and we can't take it out of the tank. Wish I could do more! I said I am not the guy that wants to screw you out of 17.00 in gas money, you have a glitch on pump 5. I won't be coming back to this station because you don't seem to mind screwing me for that $17.00 gas money. Anyone else have this happen to them at this station? I mean, a small gesture of acknowledgement that I was telling the truth could have changed the outcome here. But my weekly fills at that station have come to a final and screeching halt. Buyer beware.
